We tried the espresso chip ice cream, and it was a huge portion that was so delicious and creamy (good texture without icicles)! Where Frannie's seems to overreach is in terms of the offerings. Their menu includes ice cream, shakes, frozen yogurt, coffee, baked goods, and bubble tea drinks. Based on the prior reviews, seems like this is a great spot for ice cream, shakes, and coffee. However, reviews for bubble tea are consistently negative and reviews for baked goods seem to be variable. Things to know: - there's a discount for paying with cash per some recent reviews. I hadn't noticed this when visiting - parking is easy unless there are events going on in the courthouse plaza - portions are huge! What's pictured in my review is considered two scoops but was more than enough for three people after dinner! - samples of the ice cream are allowed - seating includes indoor and outdoor bistro tables as well as indoor bar height seating

A worker who we saw preparing something in the window as we were passing by had handed me, my mom, and my dad a sample of almonds with cinnamon sugar on them. Needless to say, they were delicious. We heard about this place having great ice cream on TikTok, so my mom and I were on the hunt for that. We finally found it in the very back of the store. There was a young man/teenager working behind the counter and was super friendly, telling us that the Graham Canyon flavor was "grandpa approved." My mom got a scoop of that and the chocolate raspberry truffle while I got a scoop of the oatmeal cream pie and lemon bar. We really liked the Graham Canyon flavor, but found the raspberry in the chocolate raspberry truffle to be close to nonexistent. It was still a nice chocolate ice cream though. I loved both the oatmeal cream pie and lemon flavor, but I liked the oatmeal cream pie just a little bit more since there were larger chunks of the actual cookie in it. As we devoured our ice creams, we browsed around the store. Awesome staff, service, selection, and products. Definitely stop in here if you get the chance!

I understand it's a high pace environment and this person may have not been having the best shift so I let it slide. However, we were in for about a whole hour (this includes wait time in line and waiting for our order). We finally received our drinks which one was wrong and I was given a diluted version of my latte since it was made hot when I requested it to be iced. I saw the barista put the contents into a cup of ice and pretty much call it a day. We asked how much longer it would take for our food to be ready and it felt as if the employees were quite upset. I'm usually not the type to write a review and definitely not a negative one but this was truly an awful experience. Attached will be a photo of my avocado toast.

In my opinion, The Clinkscale has the best breakfast tacos I have ever tasted. Everything tastes fresh, and I like their coffee, too. Their other menu items look great as well, so I will have to try another food item the next time I am in Jerome. I like how the atmosphere makes you feel like you are taking a trip back in time, as the building has been around for a while. The best part about The Clinkscale, however, is the service. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and more than happy to offer suggestions. I remember when my family and I went up there a few years back, and our server, Jeff, made us feel right at home. The other staff members are also great, as they make everyone feel welcome within the establishment. I have been back there a couple of times since then, and I have had a wonderful experience each time. Next time I am in Jerome, I look forward to visiting again and encourage anyone in the area to stop by and check it out.
