We thought we would check them out again because it was so good the first time. We arrived about 5pm and it was not as busy as the last time we stopped in and we were able to place our order right away. We each ordered an entree and decided to again get an order of the meat and cheese Arancini, these were so delicious last time!  We learned they roll them by hand. We chatted with John and Glynis, the owners as John prepared our food and learned that like myself he is a Navy Submarine Vet. It was nice to get to know them and we told them how nice it is to have them in the area providing delicious food in the North Valleys. They shared that they secured this spot at Ranchers Feed and Supply two nights per week in addition to their other locations. If you haven't checked them out yet - don't wait, everything is delicious!

Who would've thunk a food truck makes such authentic homemade pastas? What a fabulous idea, kudos…read moreto owner Chad and his team for thinking this up! Yelpers were introduced to the this hidden gem of a massive warehouse tucked away in the Richmond Marina during Yelp's Fit Club 2018. I thank Yelp for finding this delicious food truck; I will cross the bridge for food LOL! The pastas are made fresh daily, and you can order off their menu or create your own pasta. With a teenager who eats everything, I can't always go to Olive Garden for the AYCE pastas or bread during their promotions. Besides, there's no Olive Garden in Marin, they even shut down Tomatina's, Chevy's, Pasta Pomodoro's, Denny's, Outback, CPK & Max's (just venting). The homemade cannolis are a must-have for dessert. I can't wait to see this truck around town, sure wish they would come to Off the Grid in Larkspur on Sundays. The prices are decent with copious amounts of pasta & sauce. The focaccia bread is soft and warm, get those arancini balls, too. I know there are pasta snobs who think they can make way better pasta at home, but ain't nobody got time for that! I was given a pasta maker, and I gave it away. My mom makes homemade noodles and dumplings, but these days, there are too many places that make them and some on wheels like a food truck. The Fried Wisconsin Cheese Curds are my new favorite from this truck! I hesitated to try these for a while because it didn't sound as great as I imagined, and geez, I'm glad I went for them! They're crunchy and chewy and taste great with ranch! It might not be the best value, but I find myself craving these all the time! Sure, I still love the amazing crispy, crunchy, deep fried and freshly battered corn dogs! Read my initial review, but damn, those Cheese Curds are just over the top amazing especially with the generous amount of Ranch they provide when asked! I'm definitely a fan and I still wish they had a local brick and mortar so I could more leisurely enjoy their food on a day off!

We waited roughly 10minutes in a line to try this food truck aka meal on wheels. We ordered the corn dog and Parmesan fries. Corn dog respectfully was doused in ketchup by my significant other but she did reserve a small area towards the butt that was free from preserved tomatoes and sugar. In that price I found perfection. Tasty batter with a plump frank underneath kissing my buds and tingling my throat as it made its way down into my stomach. The fries were equally as tasty. Fried to perfection sprinkled with some Parmesan that absolutely paired wonderfully with the corn dog. All in all, service was good. Food did not take long to get to us. And the umami was there. 4.5/5 stars.

HOLY GRAIL OF INDIAN TACOS, I'VE FOUND YOU!…read more Ok I'll calm down... but I can't believe what I just tasted!! It was about 2pm. I was hungry but nothing sounded good, therefore I was actively skipping lunch. As a Lyft Driver, I usually find myself circling around town and that's what I was doing when I saw their truck and I instantly knew I had to stop. The best indian tacos I've personally had in town, anywhere! The bread itself was huge and fluffy. Not dense at all and fried to perfection. The meat was flavorful and there was a good amount on the taco. But the beans. Let's take a minute to talk about beans. Normally... I really dislike beans. Especially pinto beans! I prefer red beans on my indian tacos... but not today. Not now. Whatever delicious pinto bean recipe they used was AMAZING. Smokey was the best way to describe them. Smokey almost like a bbq bean and cooked perfectly. Piled high with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes and I doused a good amount of hot sauce on top! These are HUGE tacos! They take up the whole container!! After seeing my Taco, the couple behind me was discussing splitting a taco. Cute. All I could think about was getting to my car faster to stuff my face with this one all by myself. And I did! I ate the whole damn taco to my face... "#NoRagrets"!

Reasons I love it BEYOND the delicious food? Easy. They are the fastest food truck in town! You'll see a long line and think, this will take forever, but they are a well oiled machine that cranks out fresh food SUPER fast! Speaking of the team. This is the FRIENDLIEST crew behind a food truck I've come across. They want everyone to have a great experience and make sure it happens. From quickly and efficiently taking orders, to helping fill those tiny little containers with sauce, they cover it all. Did I mention the FOOD yet? It's so good and always SO MUCH FOOD too. They focus on delivering quality and quantity, and they hit on every mark! My favorite is the hibachi chicken. I know. SO boring, but so classic and so delicious. The hibachi grill gets good and hot and the chicken gets a great char on it. I am salivating as I write. Give them a try!

Amazing wings and fries- the wings are medium sized, well cooked, and they have a huge variety of possible sauces. I usually go for a dry rub, and sure enough- they had one... they list it as medium heat- I'd say that's a bit generous, but the rub is huge on flavor without being too salty. The fries are not typical shoestring or steak fries, but a thin curly potato wedge. You can choose from several different seasonings- the lemon parmesan was my go-to- and the fries are top notch: crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. The service was super quick- the owner indicated they par-boil the wings ahead of time to get them most of the way there, so a quick dip in the oil, and they're hot, crispy, and ready to go. Wing prices hover between about $1.50 to $2 per wing, depending on your order size, which is pretty typical for a wing joint in the Reno area.
