It's more than just a market. Yes, they have the usual grocery and sundry items, but they also have clothes. Souvenirs. Some hardware items. Fishing and camping gear. They have a decent hot and cold deli, and they also do espresso drinks. I stopped by the deli, and I decided to have the pastrami on provolone with rye bread. It also came with the usual fixings, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and Dijon mustard.. I got my sandwich and took it out front to enjoy the nice day. The sandwich was huge! They were very generous with the pastrami, all of the Fixin's played very well with the pastrami, and I loved that rye bread. The bread didn't hold up to the sandwich perfectly, it was falling apart, just a little bit, but hey. It happens. It was just an absolutely excellent sandwich. I was going to stop at half, but it was so good, I finished the whole thing, and waddled away. The price for this great sandwich and a soda was extremely reasonable. Next time I'm up here, I will be back. Thanks.

I really will try controlling slowing down inhaling these two cookies and brownie in one or two gulps; however, sometimes, I find it virtually impossible when homemade baked goods are so deliciously delectable! Clothes, souvenirs, food, cute signs for sale, some antiques, some used items like plates, and silverware, but in very good shape, etc.... There's a very small museum in the back, with old pictures of around the area. There is a lot of history in this town. I was helped by Holly, and she was just so friendly and helpful. If I had any questions, she had the answers. I bought some hard fruit candies, and also a small salami with Berkshire, pork, (a higher quality, pork,) and black truffles. Oh my God... This was like a good salami on steroids! Rich, savory, but not overly so. What I paid for it was a little bit on the higher end, but for what I got, it was extremely reasonable. Some days the staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely pleasant, while on other days the level of service seems to depend entirely on the mood of the barista. The quality of a coffee can bring customers in, but consistency in kindness and professionalism is what keeps them coming back. A smile, respect, and a positive attitude are just as important as the drink being served. It seems that since tipping became something requested before the service is even provided, a bit of the humility and gratitude that once defined great customer service has been lost. Not everywhere, of course, but too often the smile, attentiveness, and genuine care that used to earn a tip have been replaced by the expectation of receiving one. The best tips are still earned the old-fashioned way: through kindness, respect, and exceptional service.

It's always disappointing to buy an expensive coffee that doesn't have enough flavor, but you'll get what you pay for here.
