Had a very good experience here! Scheduled an appointment and showed up at the time we agreed upon. Was greeted by a kind employee who took my dog and gave him some love to make him feel comfortable. They did an excellent cut, exactly what I asked for with expert hygiene trim. My dog is normally itchy after a hygiene trim, but they got nice and close with no discomfort for my pup. They finished in two hours, which is very reasonable to me given the mid day week day appointment we had. Usually I am used to 3-4 hours in Orange County. Also, had them brush my little guys teeth and they did an excellent job. Really helped his breath. Would use Shampooch again and recommend to friends. read more

Took my pets here for the first time and am SO happy with the outcome. My dog is 9 years old and I have never taken her to a groomers before because she is very timid, and I also wasn't sure if her fur would look okay trimmed. Courtney did an excellent job with her, and I don't think she could have turned out any cuter! I even brought my 5 month old miniature dachshund for a bath, and they put the cutest bandana around her neck. Both of my puppies are extremely happy and I will definitely be back! Worth every penny to see my dogs so happy. read more

Price always change, I went there 3 times I never paid the same price. I took the same dog same services, the first time was 50 then 43 for the second then 65 for the third. The last time I went there they were not even cut my dog nails and shave the belly. I was disappointed. read more

This place is a 100/10 especially Courtney. She is your go to girl for caring for your baby. I've been taking my baby her for 6 months now and she never seems to amaze me! She is very friendly and professional. You can tell that she absolutely loves her job and loves pets. Highly recommend going to this salon and ask for Courtney! read more

What a great groomer! Brittany was beyond amazing!!! I have three dogs, a shih tzu, a mini pin/chihuahua mix, and a chihuahua mutt. So I've taken the shih-tzu to a ton of groomers, and they never get the cut the way I like it. They either shave too much of the beard, or too little. Same with the mustache area and above the eyes. With Shampooch mobile grooming, they got it perfect first try. Brittany was fantastic. All my dogs are very happy, which makes me happy too. Totally recommend. Love that its mobile! Will definitely ask for Brittany again! read more

We were very disappointed with the grooming of our yorkie. We gave the groomer a picture of the results we were looking for and it didn't seem as though there was any effort to meet our expectations. Also our dog came out of the store coughing and did so for about 4 Hrs after the grooming. read more

Worst grooming ever! They butchered my dogs fur, and didn't do what we asked for. We've brought out pooch to this place several times in the past and they used to do a great job, but the past couple times, it's been awful. Last time they did a bad job and the dark curly haired lady (i don't know her name) was very rude. We gave them another chance, thinking everyone has bad days. This time they did an even worse job. And when my husband told her we didn't get the cut we asked for, she replied with attitude, that's how they do that cut. I've been getting the teddy bear cut for my dogs for a long time and, that's not how it's done!! My poor dog's fur looks choppy and rushed. We will never return to this place again. read more

I had a good experience when I went in the first time. The second time I came in, I was really disappointed they trimmed my puppies nails to Low and it looks like they made one of them bleed. My puppy definitely did not enjoy her experience. And they took two hours for basic services. Needless to say we're not coming back. read more

We brought home a shih tzu mixed dog from the pound and his coat was in bad shape. We tried everything to fix it and brush out the knots and matted hair but we couldn't do it. We brought him in and had Courtney S groom him and every 2 months now we bring him right back to her. He's a scared dog, and besides us, he enjoys coming to see her. She's the absolute best, and as long as she's there we will keep coming back. read more

I have take 2/3 of my pets here so far and I am so delighted with their services! Best place in town! Walk-In or appointment I love all their options and pricing for services. Their play is kept clean and I love the little boutique of items to purchase. They got me with the dog beer lol! Super fun cute place for your furbabies! Best of all their timing is immaculate! Thank you for loving my pets as much as I do! read more

I am giving two stars only because they showed up on time and in theory they have the right idea. The groomer showed up, gave the impression that she knew how to groom a Wheaten Terrier and off she went into her trailer with my dog. She was even given pictures of how his cut should look. I'm still wondering how she managed to turn my Wheaten into a shaved labradoodle. She shaved his body short, and hair can grow back, but what she did to his face and muzzle will take months to come back. Worst part, my dog has not stopped itching since. Something he doesn't do, and has never done after being groomed. Overall, I'm terribly disappointed. (Side note: when asked about why he was so short she mentioned his neck had matts and she had no choice. His neck was not matted and yes, he had some on his belly but when our regular groomer did it she would BRUSH him out.) read more

Took my 2 corgis to them for bath/trim/cut/teeth. I believe the groomer was Jayna/Jenna .... well she did a great job and took many hours to de-shed all the extra fur. These guys are shedding machines this time of year ! I will definitely bring them back next time. read more

I used the mobile Shampooch services for my dog Sadie recently and was so very pleased with the whole experience. Hillary was excellent with my dog who can be very difficult, and she came out just adorable and Hillary was even able to do her nail & anal glands, things other groomers give up on. The whole experience was very pleasant and I will use Shampooch from now on! read more

This review is 2 years later. My Shih Tzu has passed (at 16 1/2years old). We really missed her and waited until we were put in touch with a chihuahua/schnauzer mix that really needed a home. He came to us pretty shaggy and very nervous. I had Hillary come out in her mobile grooming van and she did her magic on him. I highly recommend her, especially her mobile unit, if you have an elderly or very shy/nervous dog. read more

Best haircut on my Maltese/Yorkie! I always ask for a bear cut and to keep him looking like a puppy and they get it perfect every time!!!! He has had way more expensive haircuts in LA, Miami, and NY - this place has FARRRRR surpassed them all. Tried a haircut with two different stylists and was very pleased. The price point is perfect and very fair. Only thing is that they use a scented shampoo and I'm not always a fan of how perfumish it smells, especially around the face. It doesn't seem to bother him, but it makes me nervous that he might get soap in his eyes during the bath. Besides that, tHey have been fantastic and very sweet. They cut my mom's dog's hair as well and she has been very happy. We are lucky to have found such great groomers who love doggies! read more

I came in today to get a sanitary cut for my dog and upon pick up, I witnessed a groomer in the back yelling at a dog who was uncomfortable getting her ears cleaned. The groomer said, "SHUT UP! I'M JUST CLEANING YOUR EARS" and was visibly angry. If she is willing to act this way in front of customers, I wonder what she acts like behind closed doors... So I guess if you're okay with your dog being abused, take them to this groomer. read more

Their always so courteous & dip & brush out my rag doll cat! I've been going there for 5 years!

Used for years. But recently scheduled a mobile treatment as I have in the past. Was for 2 pm but at 230 pm received a text that they won't be coming because it's now outside service area. Nothing like waiting until treatment day and 30 minutes late. Poor communication, lack of loyalty, and customer service. read more

Found this great groomer in yelp. Staff is awesome and they set appointments in 2 hours or so and your doggie is in and out quickly, which is perfect because most dogs don't like visiting groomers or vets.
