My Havanese received an excellent grooming this morning at Shampooch Temecula. Courtney was her groomer and I have already booked with Courtney for next month. The check in was efficient, my requests were honored, a text was sent when grooming services were completed (within estimated time!), check out was efficient. I do fully recommend Shampooch (and Courtney). read more

A friend recommended this salon for our fur babies. So I sent my husband to take care of our fur babies trimming. We requested Mikayla, as our friend said she was his groomer, and OMG! Did she deliver!!! Our babies looked and smelled AMAZING! Nice perfume or something....My husband said the salon was clean and very pleasing. The staff was great and this spot is super busy. Great location near our home as well. Highly recommend them. Thank you for your great service ‍ read more

Great place:) doggies come out awesome. Sometimes nails aren't done extremely well though. A bit pricey but all grooming places are these days. Next to yummy coffee shop and fun kids consignment. Recommend forsure. Call first for their weekly deals. read more

We have been coming here for almost a year now, the prices are quite reasonable compared to the competition. Samantha is my big 95 pound baby's regular groomer, she is so sweet with him and he is always very excited to get groomed. She is always very kind to me as well, even helped me by coming outside to my car to get him for the appointment so I didn't have to unload my toddler, and offered to help us out after his appointment as well. Very happy with every experience here, if you're looking for a regular groomer for your fur baby, look no further! read more

Very friendly staff and convenient location. Have been using their mobile service for a few years, but was glad to take my pets to the salon when it opened. The groomers seem to really like my dogs and my pups are not afraid to go there which is great! They also don't keep them for 4 hours unlike other grooming salons. read more

I inquired about a quote on Yelp and was contacted a short while later. They were actually able to get me in that same day. They did a great job! My dog looks great..definitely will be returning! read more

I took my long haired cat here to get a sanitary trim. We were in and out in 10 minutes! They were very fast and got right to trimming as soon as we walked in so my cat did not have to wait in her carrier. The groomer did a wonderful job taking care of my cat and making sure we were satisfied with the trim :-) highly recommend this salon! Thanks again! read more

So happy with the work Heather did today!!! I had read the reviews on Yelp and hoped for a good experience, but we received a GREAT experience! Heather was extremely friendly, and my dog (Princess) loved her. As a new mom I let my dogs fur get out of hand and Heather managed to get all of the matted hair taken care of!!! Best part, we got a complimentary cookie & Princess smells like strawberries!! We will be back soon, ask for Heather!!! read more

Best place EVER!!! The girls here are absolutely amazing and so kind my penny is kinda hyper to say the least and a little wiggle worm. But the ladies at Shampooch know how to handle and what to do and the best time. My old groomer good lord didn't know how to handle and took her 4 hours and would butcher Pennys hair and get annoyed and literally not finish her. But Shampooch ladies did the best job I've ever seen in only a hour honestly I have found Penny's groomer forever and Penny was so happy too ,which makes me a happy mommy. Thank you Shampooch !! read more

Just picked up my pup and she looks great! Called this morning and got a same day appointment (only 45 minutes after my phone call which was perfect!) and she was done in an hour and a half! Which is great considering she's mixed with Alaskan malamute and has a ton of hair! The ladies trimmed her all over, washed her, trimmed her nails and she looks and feels fantastic! Couldn't be happier! I hope she didn't cause too much trouble :) thank you from Cali!!! read more

Today was the clincher!! Hillary is fantastic. I have two rescue dogs and decided to try a mobile grooming company. I have one dog that was asked to be picked up by one local place that pampers pooches. It had been a long time since I was able to take Chloe to be groomed, so we just started to do it ourselves. We took a chance with Hillary and couldn't be more pleased. Chloe has been groomed three times now and today, when Hillary walked through the front door, Chloe approached her wagging her tail. We just can't believe our Chloe has finally found a groomer who took the time to see the sweetness in her. read more

We moved here two months ago and hoped to find a new groomer. We've always used a mobile groomer and I was thrilled to find Shampooch. Sam gave Charlie a much needed cut and style. She diligently combed out his thick fur and styled it. In the past, other groomers have shaved him taking the easy route. Temecula has wonderful services and Shampooch is another 5+ star one. read more

I called this morning and got a same day apt. They took time to listen to how I wanted my dog groomed and even looked at past pictures from last visit. They only took about an hour or so and called me as soon as he was ready for pick up. I think it was Heather who Pwee but both staff was very nice. The price is affordable and they do a great job. I will be bring my dogs back and made apt for my other dog already. read more

I took my dog Toby for the first time on Saturday afternoon. Samantha was the groomer who took care of my Maltese. She did such a spectacular job! I loved the way she took care of him. I'll definitely refer people to her ! Thank you Samantha for doing a great job ! read more

Wish I could give more stars!!!! This is by far the best grooming experience my dog and I both have had. I have an F1 goldendoodle who is very shy and loving so other groomers have tended to be mean to him or aggressive and scary towards him. But this place did AMAZING. I have never even left a yelp review before but they handled my baby with such care and love that I will be a forever customer now. He went in feeling scared and came out smiling and loving his fresh new hair and all the ladies who were petting on him and making him feel right at home. I love the way they rounded out his feet and fluffed out his fur so he looks like a little teddy bear! If you have doodles I definitely recommend these people! A girl named sam did his haircut and did better than I could've imagined considering he had a bit of matting due to me traveling and him not being groomed for awhile. 20/10 recommend!!! Also brushed his teeth and got them super pearly white and smellin good! read more

If you've got a large to giant breed dog this is the place for you. Our Liam weighs in at 220# and I was having a hard time finding a place whose tub could accommodate him. When I called and asked Shampooch if they could handle him, they didn't even hesitate and even offered to have me come by and check out thier tub before hand so as not to waste my time. When I picked Liam up I was surprised to find out that his groomer, Alec, actually really enjoys grooming the mastiffs and that warmed my heart so much! Most people usually view our giant, doopy, over sized teddy bear with apprehension and even fear. Just knowing that he was adored and loved during his visit was enough for me to decide that Alec and Shampooch will be our groomers from here on out!! Thank you again so much for doing an amazing job. read more

Shampooch Pet Styles - This is my boy Yeti after he got groomed by Samantha!!! - Pet Groomers Near Me - Temecula, California

My pets hair looked great initially. However, once I got home and began to take a deeper look, and I found a couple of air balls connected to her fur. So it appeared that the groomer didn't pay special attention to all parts of my fur baby's coat. Furthermore, the costumer service was terrible. The groomer didn't really pay attention to what requested for my pup. Instead she told me what she was going to do instead of taking my thoughts into consideration. I felt pressured to just agree as she appeared to be in a rush. When I picked up my pup, she asked " did anyone ever tell you your dog does not like their nails to be cut? " I replied yes. She then said, " well that's something you should tell your groomer." I felt this information would have been brought up if she asked more additional questions about my pup. Sure I should have mentioned that she didn't like her nails to be cut. However, as mentioned before, the groomer made it feel like she was in a rush. General questions like that should be asked during initial visits. Customer service definitely needs some polishing. read more

Great business. Wonderful staff to work with. Does house calls and careful with my elderly dog.

I've always used mobile groomers not wanting to have my dogs sit at a groomers for hours. Then I found Shampooch. My dog Zac is now a regular Shampooch client. Even though Shampooch provides mobile grooming, I'd rather take him into the shop. It's generally an hour or so for a shampoo/blow dry. Heather is awesome! She knows her stuff. She provides helpful suggestions on shampoo, style of cut etc. They're also great about same day appointments. This is by far a grooming salon you can trust. read more
