It's great to have a Shake Shack in Redlands and this location is clean and spacious. There are plenty of seats inside, as well as in the patio. This Shake Shack (SS) is located in the former Corner Bakery in the Vons and Trader Joe's shopping plaza, just south of the 10 freeway on Orange St in Downtown Redlands. I usually will place an order through my SS app and do a pick up. They have some parking spaces assigned for app pick up - although I don't see many people following this rule. And they also have kiosks to place your own orders, as well as regular cash registers to place orders with an employee. I'm pretty simple so I usually stick with the Shack Burger but I do love their cheese fries. Yum. During my last visit, I ordered a Coffee Shake and, to my surprise, I really enjoyed it. Overall, I really like how clean this SS is and the number of seats. The food is consistently good. I have no complaints.

Chicken Shack

I was really craving a chicken sandwich and Shake Shack was right down the road from where I was. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was exactly what a fried chicken sandwich tastes like in my memory. Sandwiches from McDonalds or Burger King these days don't even come close to having that nostalgic taste. It was fried fresh enough that even after the half-hour drive home it was still warm and crispy. This location was clean and bright, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Ordering through the kiosks is convenient, and the staff is friendly if you need assistance. Parking is decent but it can get a bit busy sometimes too. I would recommend it overall. It really hit the spot for me that night!

Pretty much all you can ask for, as far as fast food burgers go: fresh, just a little greasy, not too saucy. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be for the price (value-wise, a little worse than In-N-Out, but I have to admit it might taste better), but then again, fast food is getting more expensive overall so... Service was quick, I ordered ahead and picked it up. Food was ready on time when I got there.

Cleanliness 5 Costs 3 Cuisine 3 Customer service 5 Never tried the food at this place so we wanted to give it a try. Flavors were good but the portions were small. We could have sat down at a restaurant for that price. We bought two burgers, chicken bites and 3 fries for $50!! Probably won't go back.

5 Stars No combos. No gimmicks. Just solid food and even better service. Burgers were exactly what you want: juicy, crispy-edged, and stacked right. The buns are soft, but not falling apart like some sad drive-thru mess. Fries were piping hot, crispy, and fluffy inside--actual effort went into them. The iced tea was surprisingly good. fresh, clean and cold. That shouldn't be rare in 2025, but here we are. Staff brought the food to our table, checked in to make sure we were good, and even offered drink refills before we bounced. Manager thank us. They didn't just do their job--they gave a damn. Yeah, it costs a bit more than some burger spots, but you're paying for food that doesn't suck and service that doesn't make you question humanity. We'll be back.

Will not return. Food was fine, but the prices are just outrageous. $52 for two people!!! You can only order at a digital kiosk rather than with a human. There is no option to select a combo. Instead you have to order each item individually which is significantly more expensive. $5 for a large drink? Just ridiculous. Will not be back.

Foods are great. Flavorful, the burger is tender, not overly cooked. Service is fast, efficient and friendly. The place is very clean, spacious with enough lights throughout.

Chicken sandwich, cherry blossom seasonal shake & fries.

I've been a patron of shake shack since they first came to the west coast. I use to get the smoke shack and the chicken sandwich is very popular item too. SS has a seasonal menu of shakes, rotating chicken sandwiches and burgers, fries which changes about every two months. What makes shake shack different mainly is they use potato buns & custard shakes. The Redlands location is the 2nd location in the IE. They offer a much bigger location than Rancho with different decor. The one thing missing from this location is TVs. Some of the other locations offer tv's playing sporting events which offers a nice dinning experience and kind of justifies more paying restraint prices for fast casual. I normally try a seasonal shake. For this trip I got a cherry blossom seasonal shake, black truffle fires seasonal & chicken sandwich. Cherry blossom shake was good, chicken sandwich never disappoints, the black truffle sauce was just okay. With the app sometimes they have buy one get one shakes from 2-5. This is the best value when using the app. The one major con is the prices and size of the sandwiches. SS by far is the most expensive burger chain. You could easily spend over 20 dollars per person if you get a drink, sandwich and fries each. It can be a challenge save money here aside from the shake deal in the app. Despite the expensive prices that have risen through the years. , somehow I keep coming back. They offer a nice experience with modern decor and if you don't mind paying a lot for fast casual food I think most people will like this place .

Shake Shack Redlands is the nearest Shake Shack location to my work and their fan-favorite Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake is back nationwide starting June 24, 2025. I was looking for tasty Dubai Chocolate items for a while. Previously, I tried Dubai Chocolate Strawberries and Dubai Chocolate Bar at Sea of Sweet in Rancho Cucamonga. But those items were overpriced and not up to the mark considering the price, therefore I was a bit disappointed. This time, when I came to know that the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake is hitting menus across the entire country starting June 24, 2025, and for a limited time only, I made up my mind to have a try. And delightfully, this time my experience is way better than the last time.   Today I called Shake Shack Redlands to find out if the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake is available at their store. They confirmed that the Dubai Shake is available, but due to the limited run and premium ingredients, each Shake Shack location will sell limited quantities of shakes each day and will only be available to purchase in-person via kiosk or register. I headed there almost right away and ordered Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake using the kiosk. The inside of this place was colorful, nicely decorated, and moderately clean. The ambience was also peaceful. I waited around 10 minutes to get my most anticipated shake. The Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake was what I was looking for! It was undoubtedly the best Dubai Chocolate item I've tried so far. Inspired by the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar, the Shake Shack team took those bold iconic flavors and gave them a Shack spin - real Pistachio Frozen Custard blended with toasted Kataifi shredded Phyllo, coated in a crackable Dark Chocolate shell, topped with chopped Pistachios and crunchy Kataifi. The price was also reasonable ($10.86 including TAX). I truly appreciate their effort to bring the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake back nationwide. If you're looking for this delicious Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake, then don't delay storming your nearby Shake Shack location before it's too late!

Newest Shake Shack in inland empire in my city! It's occupying the old corner bakery spot. There is ample seating inside and outside which is great. There is a wall to the left when you walk in with four screens to order yourself and there was one person working the register as well. If you dine inside, you grab a number to take to your table and one of the employees will bring out the food. I really appreciated the water station inside. It can be pricy to dine here but there is quality! We ordered the Portabella burger. It's a a deep fried portobello mushroom with melted Muenster cheese right in the center on top of a burger patty with some of the fixings and it was delicious, the OG Shackburger with tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese was tasty as well. The plain fries were just okay as was the chocolate shake with added malt. If you add malt or whipped cream to your shake, it is an extra cost. Overall a decent place in a really busy shopping center. Parking near by can be hit or miss since there are so many other places of business around.

I honestly don't get the hype? My friends and family got excited once I told them a shake shack was opening in DT Redlands, and I tried their food & shake when we were in Vegas since they are on the strip in the NYNY hotel... it was decent there, a cheap but in the strip no complaints. But the one in DT Redlands?? Trash. First, we went fairly later on a Monday night so it wasn't even busy, then we used the tablet to order, two were broken/frozen, then we went to go use one and it froze on us, so then we had to move to another one, only to find out 4 burger ingredients were out so we had to stick to basic burgers, then I added avocado, lettuce, & tomatoes to mine... not hard right? Wrong. First, I didn't think to check the burger before we left but we should have because they didn't give us one of our fries & a burger, then when they gave it to us, they handed it over with a bit of attitude when I told them they forgot two items. So we took our to go order home, only to find out when we got home, my burger was made wrong, as well as the patties in all burgers were paper thin & charred! This is NOT an exaggeration when I saw, the bacon was THICKER than the patty. They also forgot to put in my tomato slices, & the bacon cheese fries were smaller than regular fries and were cold! Not like luke warm, but cold.! The only thing that makes this place a two stars is that it's in DT Redlands, and clean & new. That's it. That little bit was $80 & we got 4 times less than what we would get an in n' out! We're sticking to in n' out for now on. Trash. Then when I tried to call, it wouldn't go through, then when I tried to contact through the website, I couldn't because this location isn't registered in the website yet! I pray they improve before there's of the family goes... otherwise they won't make it in DT Redlands.

Going to the Midwest for graduate school and my wife to the east coast, Shake Shack was the best, baddest burger known to mankind. (My wife has always been team Shake Shack in comparison to In-N-Out) It has been a while since we had Shake Shack since moving to California but to have one open nearby was exciting! We already decided that Shake Shack for dinner on opening day. I ordered online to prevent long wait times. I arrived right on time and was welcomed with a nice open interior. In addition to having staff at the front, there were also there ordering kiosks. It was odd because they offered me mustard which is usually a sin in Shake Shack culture. We ordered the special of black truffle burger (Gruyère cheese with crispy onions and black truffle sauce) and black truffle shack stack [Gruyère cheese on top of a crisp-fried portobello mushroom (filled with Muenster and cheddar cheeses) with black truffle sauce]. We also couldn't resist the special chocolate Yule log shake. The cheeseburger and chicken bites for the kids area standard at this point. Of course, we also needed the fries with black truffle sauce. And what is Shake Shack without vanilla and chocolate custard? I wished we dined inside the restaurant because the wafting scent of Shake Shack almost intoxicated me on the drive home. My daughter thought the cheeseburger needed ketchup and without it, it was "just okay." My son actually ate all the chicken nuggets which is a good sign given that he's super picky. The burgers were absolutely delicious and am regretting not getting double patties. Honestly, the black truffle sauce was nice but it wasn't necessary. The fries were actually cooked well and didn't resemble the sad elementary school meal crinkle cut fries. We will definitely be back and probably will dine in next time.

Here I was to experience it once more. Yes, I've been here in the past. Parking was easy right in front of the shop. It was about 20 minutes until closing time. There was still a line, but not too long so it went swiftly. Atmosphere was clean and bright. Ambiance has a Hawaiian flare to it. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I was in Hawaii. Limited outside seating and some inside seating. There's a cool cabana hut-like section you may sit at. One all gender restroom available for use. Staff was super fantastic and friendly. They serve the ice cream in quite a variety... fruit bowls, mangonada, vegan/dairy free ice cream, soft serve, floats, shakes, etc. You may even take home pre-packaged pints to-go. Cute shirts for sale, too. As for here, free samples available on any flavors. You may try them all (that's what they say). Sweet! Of course I didn't try all of them, but maybe one day I will. WOW, so many unique and interesting combination of flavors. I sampled 5 flavors as shown below. *Navels & Ganache - Bright navel orange ice cream mixed with rich, dark chocolate ganache chunks *Ube Macapuno - Philippine purple ube root mixed with macapuno (coconut) puree *Date Casablanca - Medajool date ice cream with a date/caramel swirl *Honeysuckle Rose - Honey sweetened vanilla ice cream with rose petal extract *Kauai Pie - Kona coffee ice cream, Hawaiian macadamia nuts, shredded and lightly toasted coconut, and rich dark chocolate fudge I ended up getting one regular cup with 2 flavors for $6.50... very reasonable price! My two picks were Ube Mascapuno and Kauai Pie. Good size scoops. Very rich and smooth texture. Ube was spectacular! YUMMY!! Kauai was good, but unfornately, it didn't pair too well with Ube IMHO. I won't do that again. I will, however, return and try their other fun and tasty flavors. I'll be back and so should you if you've been here before. If you haven't tried them, Lappert's is a must visit when you're in Redlands. Happy Ice Cream!
