You order via kiosk which they had 4 so that was nice. I got the chicken sandwich & spicy fries, my mom got the shack burger and spicy fries. She didn't care for the taste of the spices used to season the fries but I do like it!! They are pretty spicy so I don't recommend if you can't handle a lot of spice. Food was overall good. Our food did also take awhile to come out while dining in but it was hot. Doing a scheduled pickup might be the way if you don't have a lot of time. read more

They started a line that went around the corner as somebody's order took 15 mins- instead of having this person pull into a space and deliver her food they held up everyone- what kind of management operates like that?? The moment I finished ordering, I swear it felt like they were calling my name to pick the order up. The hustle did not compromise quality though, the food was amazing. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. When considering its pricing, Shake Shack isn't a budget option compared to various other burger joints, making it feel a bit steep. Although not heavily overpriced, it remains an expensive suggestive option. I wouldn't mind recommending it for a quick meal or as food to indulge in, however it would most likely be absent from my weekly schedule, and that's probably a good thing as my wallet would suffer greatly. First time at Shake Shack, I don't see myself coming back.. The fries had a strange after taste, not our favorite. The fried pickles were just okay, too much fry not enough pickle. The spicy fries were good but not enough seasoning toward the bottom. And lastly the avocado burger, the best of all no complaints. I usually don't go here as much because it can get a little pricey but I love the shroom burger every time I go!! The description says, crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun. Tastes as good as it sounds!! I always eat french fries with cheese too. This is the perfect meal to fill you up. I've never had any issue here everytime I go. The workers are nice and even when it is busy the food comes out in a timely manner. You have the option to order in-store or at the drive-thru, which is great. Shake shack is really great I never have any complaints about this location or their staff. Everyone seems to be very friendly and professional. The dining area is always clean and nice. The food is always delish and fresh. I love a good burger and they definitely have those. I also enjoy their vegetarian option which is a mushroom burger. But HOLY HANNAH this place is EXPENSIVE. When I go it is usually just my husband and I and we spend almost $40 for 2 people. For a "fast food" burger. That's crazy. So as we do enjoy shake shack. I would like to preface this by saying I was, emphasis on was, a very loyal ShakeShack customer before today. Now, I thought that they valued efficiency here. But apparently, I have been proven wrong. I was tirelessly waiting here in my booth for my food I assumed was going to come, as I watched dish after dish be served to customers I saw order after I did. Where was my food? That is also what I was wondering, dear reader. So, I decided to speak this issue to the fellow workers. They regarded me with dull, uninterested eyes and I am fairly certain one sighed in irritation. They told me they "lost" my order, although I don't see how that can be possible. They proceeded to ask me if I wanted my food, as if I hadn't spent my hard earned cash on it already! The food still took a long while to come, and it wasn't even that good. Was curious to try out this Shake Shack since this location is closer to where I live and is way easier to access than the one in Edina and the one inside MoA. To avoid any wait times, my partner and I ordered on their app ahead of time so that when we got there the food would be ready for us. I ended up getting the Shack Stack w/ avocado and cherry peppers add-ons and my partner got the Hot One's burger and then we both got the Hot One's cheese fries with the cheese sauce on the side. I was going to take off a point because they initially forgot the lettuce and tomato and mistakenly put bacon on my Shack Stack burger but when my partner went up to tell them about the issue to our surprise they remade the entire burger which only took maybe 4 minutes. So while it was a little inconvenient receiving the wrong order, it was a nice surprise that they decided to just make a fresh new one for me and let us keep the other one. As for the new Hot One's items, I love anything spicy so I was expecting lots of flavor and spice. However, the sauce that goes on the burger and with the fries fell a little short. It had a slight kick at the end but there really wasn't any flavor at all. My partner also said the Hot One's burger was just okay. The combo of ingredients made the burger a little dry. As for everything else, the Shack Stack burger and the fries alone were just as good as they are at the other locations so not much to say there. read more

I live in the city with the first Shake Shack Drive Thru and after using it during covid a few times I realized I have reviewed other locations but not my home. The burgers stand on their own. The shack sauce and peppers are such a delicious touch don't even think about editing your order. The only way to make it better is to add bacon. The fries are Cris cut and warm are the best, to go they are a little more soggy so dine in for the best experience. The shakes while pricey are so good in balance of the salty cheesy meat and the fries! The only knock is you can drop $40 for 2 or $80 for a family.... Pretty expensive for a single cheeseburger and a shake at $15. It not only was small, but it didn't taste like good quality beef. In fact, it tasted like fake meat. There was a lot of hype around Shake Shack coming to Maple Grove! We finally went to check it out. It wasn't super busy around 7:30pm for dine-in on Saturday. The drive-thru line seemed very busy. I've heard it goes pretty quickly though. I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger. I liked that I could customize it. I got it as a lettuce wrap. I also got Shack Sauce on the side, which they initially forgot to give me but gave some upon asking. I ordered the Half Pomegranate Yuzu Lemonade Half Iced Tea, but I am pretty sure I got just the lemonade. It was still good, just not what I ordered. I liked the tablets for ordering. I went to get some lunch and I went through the drive-through When I was ordering my food, I asked for mayo and ketchup on my burger. I was told by the employee that they can give it to me on the side and that was fine. Reviews are very accurate and seems like most people are disappointed in the same things. Nothing 'terrible' but nothing great for that price. Not even the fries. The "grilled cheese" was a bun flipped inside out with some cheese slices.. not tasty and disappointing for this kind of restaurant. $28 for the everything in the picture which to us didn't seem worth it for all the hype they have. Was here back in mid February for lunch, while using the kiosks you guys have(when it came time to pay, I ordered inside and to eat there) there wasn't an option to SWIPE my CHIPLESS card only insert‍. I got upset about this and went to the cashier and waiting 5 mins(yes 5) to wait for an employee to help me and when one became available EVEN they couldn't help so I had to cancel my order on the kiosk and go to the register person to reorder my stuff. WHY DO YOU GUYS NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO SWIPE CARDS ON THE KIOSKS? While the food was good and the atmosphere too, I'm not returning until you UPDATE your KIOSKS so we can SWIPE(you can keep the insert option too) NOT JUST INSERT!!!!!! I've never seen in my 32 yrs of life where a kiosk is only INSERT and not have the option to swipe.
