Stopped by to grab dinner and redeem my bday shake. I've picked up food here before via drive thru - which is a super slow process so we decided to dine in. You order via kiosk which they had 4 so that was nice. I got the chicken sandwich & spicy fries, my mom got the shack burger and spicy fries. She didn't care for the taste of the spices used to season the fries but I do like it!! They are pretty spicy so I don't recommend if you can't handle a lot of spice. Food was overall good. I would like to preface this by saying I was, emphasis on was, a very loyal ShakeShack customer before today. Now, I thought that they valued efficiency here. But apparently, I have been proven wrong. I was tirelessly waiting here in my booth for my food I assumed was going to come, as I watched dish after dish be served to customers I saw order after I did. Where was my food? That is also what I was wondering, dear reader. So, I decided to speak this issue to the fellow workers. They regarded me with dull, uninterested eyes and I am fairly certain one sighed in irritation. They told me they "lost" my order, although I don't see how that can be possible. I am giving this place 4 out of 5 stars, my only concern being the cost. I would like to begin with the positives: cleanliness. This was a shocker. It felt like I was stepping into a new restaurant. Everything was shining, along with the aesthetic. Also, the service was mind-boggingly fast: I mean, lightning speed. The moment I finished ordering, I swear it felt like they were calling my name to pick the order up. The hustle did not compromise quality though, the food was amazing. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. When considering its pricing, Shake Shack isn't a budget option compared to various other burger joints, making it feel a bit steep. Although not heavily overpriced, it remains an expensive suggestive option. I wouldn't mind recommending it for a quick meal or as food to indulge in, however it would most likely be absent from my weekly schedule, and that's probably a good thing as my wallet would suffer greatly. The food is good.I felt like the hamburger was a little skimpy on the meat, even though it is one patty. I forgot we used to get the double which is more worth the money. Seventeen dollars is a lot for hamburger, onion rings and a large coke. But every now and then I splurge because the hamburgers are good. I usually don't go here as much because it can get a little pricey but I love the shroom burger every time I go!! The description says, crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun. Tastes as good as it sounds!! I always eat french fries with cheese too. This is the perfect meal to fill you up. I've never had any issue here everytime I go. The workers are nice and even when it is busy the food comes out in a timely manner. You have the option to order in-store or at the drive-thru, which is great. When I go it is usually just my husband and I and we spend almost $40 for 2 people. For a "fast food" burger. That's crazy. So as we do enjoy shake shack. Was curious to try out this Shake Shack since this location is closer to where I live and is way easier to access than the one in Edina and the one inside MoA. To avoid any wait times, my partner and I ordered on their app ahead of time so that when we got there the food would be ready for us. I ended up getting the Shack Stack w/ avocado and cherry peppers add-ons and my partner got the Hot One's burger and then we both got the Hot One's cheese fries with the cheese sauce on the side. I was going to take off a point because they initially forgot the lettuce and tomato and mistakenly put bacon on my Shack Stack burger but when my partner went up to tell them about the issue to our surprise they remade the entire burger which only took maybe 4 minutes. So while it was a little inconvenient receiving the wrong order, it was a nice surprise that they decided to just make a fresh new one for me and let us keep the other one. As for the new Hot One's items, I love anything spicy so I was expecting lots of flavor and spice. However, the sauce that goes on the burger and with the fries fell a little short. It had a slight kick at the end but there really wasn't any flavor at all. My partner also said the Hot One's burger was just okay. The combo of ingredients made the burger a little dry. As for everything else, the Shack Stack burger and the fries alone were just as good as they are at the other locations so not much to say there. read more

I live in the city with the first Shake Shack Drive Thru and after using it during covid a few times I realized I have reviewed other locations but not my home. The burgers stand on their own. The shack sauce and peppers are such a delicious touch don't even think about editing your order. The only way to make it better is to add bacon. The fries are Cris cut and warm are the best, to go they are a little more soggy so dine in for the best experience. The shakes while pricey are so good in balance of the salty cheesy meat and the fries! The only knock is you can drop $40 for 2 or $80 for a family.... There was a lot of hype around Shake Shack coming to Maple Grove! We finally went to check it out. It wasn't super busy around 7:30pm for dine-in on Saturday. The drive-thru line seemed very busy. I've heard it goes pretty quickly though. I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger. I liked that I could customize it. I got it as a lettuce wrap. I also got Shack Sauce on the side, which they initially forgot to give me but gave some upon asking. I got upset about this and went to the cashier and waiting 5 mins(yes 5) to wait for an employee to help me and when one became available EVEN they couldn't help so I had to cancel my order on the kiosk and go to the register person to reorder my stuff. WHY DO YOU GUYS NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO SWIPE CARDS ON THE KIOSKS?
