Cheeseburger and Spicy Fries with Ranch

This place has great customer service. The team here takes care of you and ensure you leave happy. They play music which creates a nice vibe. The food was good and reasonable price. I recommend if you are in the Elk Grove area.

Great good, delicious, quick service and good served hot? Many food items for varying choices, indoor and outdoor seating areas. Great customer service. Pricy but sooo delicious

With the avocado

I have heard so many great things about Shake Shack and decided to check them out. I ordered the double bacon avocado burger and a lemonade. The customer service was great my cashier was super friendly. I wait a good while for my food and drink. My food finally comes and my burger is missing the avocado. Instead of just putting the avocado in the buger the give me a bag with avocado in it. My lemonade had more ice than lemonade. My burger wasn't good at all. They over salted the patties that it was hard to eat. The best part of my meal was the lemonade sadly. There is plenty of seating indoor and and outdoor for dining in. The inside of the is nothing special there are plenty of windows. Shake shack definitely isn't for me and won't be back.

Decided to check out this recently opened Shake Shack spot. Visited other locations many times before with great service and burgers so expectation is very high! Plenty of parking around the area as it is in a new shopping plaza. Very well maintained and organized inside. Order kiosks are on the left side with the order counter and kitchen in the middle while lots of dining tables on the right. There is also outside patio seating. Ordered the following: ***Triple Shack Burger 5/5, $15.98 ***Spicy fries 4/5, $5.49 ***Coffee shake 5/5, $6.00 Grabbed a table out in the patio. Well this new Shake Shack location did not disappoint! The burger was juicy and delicious as expected! The spicy fries and coffee shake were very tasty! Service was very good and the staff were very courteous and friendly. Had a quick chat with the GM Oscar when he was checking in on people out in the patio and how their opening turnout blew their projection. They've only been open 3 days when I visited. Definitely will be back again.

The customer service was top notch at the soft opening yesterday. We were checked on throughout our visit and even got tableside drink refills. You can order at a tablet or with a team member. The place is cute and has tables as well as a few booths plus a patio. There is a condiment station as well. The food was good, although 1 thing they could improve on was making sure there is enough avocado on the burger- I received 2 slices of avocado, which left 1/3 of my burger naked. My friend's avocado was forgotten altogether. That being said, it was their soft opening and it's pretty normal to have missteps in that timeframe. Overall, it was a good experience and I'm happy to have a Shake Shack nearby when visiting the fam.

I thought the food was really good. Both the burgers and fries. They do need more umbrellas outside though, it was 100 degrees and half the tables are in direct sunlight. Also, love having a shake shack 5 minutes away from us. But we will only be going occasionally, i am not sure how people are affording $13 burgers(not including fries and drinks!).

I've ordered the shack burger twice from here and not gonna lie the quality control is a little mediocre. once it was a regular patty and the other time it was like a smash burger. also the buns get soggy rly quick. i mean i like the flavor but wish the qc was better. the onion rings are pretty good. really crispy. the shack sauce honestly lacks in flavor tho. also not at the fault of the establishment but omg parking here is hell. it's so hard to get parking. my fault for the photos though, i already ate most of it lol

Service was good, waited around 15 min for our order when it was pretty busy. All the tables were taken inside and out. The total for two was around $45, which is pretty steep for a burger, drink, and fries. Fries were good and crispy. Mango Lemonade was good. Cherry Limade wasn't our favorite unfortunately, tasted mostly like just sparking water. I've always thought shake shack burgers were good. My only complaint was that the buns on my burger were cold. The bottoms of the buns had a golden color so obviously it had been previously toasted... I was disappointed when i felt it and it was cold. Overall for opening recently, they did a pretty good job! I would possibly go back if I'm feeling like spending a bit extra for a burger and fries haha

Finally, A Shake Shack in Elk Grove. I utilized the app to order my food and it worked well. I forgot how good their burgers were. I didn't even get a big burger, but it was very filling. I thought the best part of the meal was the onion rings. They were battered and deep fried to perfection. The dipping sauces were great too. I will be back to try more burgers and some shakes.

Solid burger. This was my 2nd time trying it. This time it was my full family of four (me, my husband and our 2 daughters). We ordered a single cheeseburger, double bacon, avacado burger, double cheeseburger with some type of pimento sauce, 2 fries and 2 if their sparkling drinks. It was busy. There was a line to self service/ order. All of the employees were preparing orders. Seating was full. Within about 10mins of waiting we found seating. While waiting we played corn hole outside. Once we sat down our food was delivered to our table within 15minutes (so a total of 25minutes after we ordered). We spent $75. The food was good, fresh ingredients. I would recommend.

This is actually located in Elk Grove next to Philz Coffee and Whole Foods supermarket it is a brand new parking lot where there is limited parking but it also gets filled quickly as well. . Did you have really nice outdoor seating and they do serve pretty good burgers as well and I really do like there mushroom burger with cheese and with fresh buns over the lettuce wrap which I did try the lettuce wrap but the regular one is better. . I also discovered the coffee milkshake which is really good and it reminds me of Baskin-Robbins coffee ice cream. The service was really friendly and they were very helpful and accommodating to the customers need. . The Ambiance is actually family-friendly oriented and it is casual quick so if you're looking for a great spot to go get some burgers fries and milkshakes this is the spot to go to. Hope this review helps and thanks for reading and have a yelp-tastic day.

We have tried the shake shack a couple of times at the new location in Elk Grove. I love their hotdogs. The chicken sandwich is also very good. The hamburgers are good, but they are a little overcooked for our liking. The fries are very good and the shakes are delicious. The staff are very attentive. Ask you if you want water while you wait for your order and a friendly when they bring your food to your table. The restaurant is very clean and has plenty of seating. You can order out a kiosk or up at the counter. It's located in the new shopping mall with Whole Foods, Mendocino Farms, Phils, coffee, fluffy, fluffy, Chick-fil-A and many more.

Well, we enjoyed our first order last week so much that we came back for more. Unfortunately, this time was a disappointment. I ordered through the app again, and when we got home and started unpacking our dinner, we realized that two items were missing: the 10-piece chicken bites and the mac and cheese. I called the store and spoke with Diondre, who apologized and said I would receive a credit back to my card within five days. I appreciate him addressing the issue, but what I don't understand is how two items were missing when there were two people in the front checking orders before they were handed out. How did no one notice that the order was incomplete? Mistakes happen, but having two people check the order and still missing two items is frustrating, especially when you're already home and have to call the store to get it resolved. Hopefully, this was just a one-time mistake because we really enjoyed our first visit.

The slowest shake shack in the world. Tiny kitchen, overcrowded cooks. It's unorganized. And they also got one of our items wrong.

It seems like a tough crowd--but after my visit, I can see why expectations run high. My cheeseburger featured high-quality, freshly ground beef that was well-seasoned with a flavorful, salty crust. The patty was tender and juicy, exactly what you want from a handcrafted burger. The brioche bun was nicely toasted, and the cheese melted perfectly over the patties--both essential details that elevate a great cheeseburger. The burger was simply but thoughtfully assembled with shredded lettuce, sliced onion, pickles, and Butcher's aioli. Their house-made sauce added a nice depth of flavor without overpowering the beef. I appreciated how they kept the toppings classic and balanced--fresh, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, red onion, and tangy pickles complement the richness of the patty and sauce beautifully. The fries were just as impressive. They had that ideal contrast: an ultra-crispy, golden-brown exterior with a light, fluffy interior. Perfectly seasoned, pleasantly salty, not greasy, and sturdy enough to hold their shape--they checked all the boxes. Overall, they hit all the key elements of a truly great handcrafted cheeseburger and fries. High marks from me.

We came here mid evening on the weekend…read more There was already a few people waiting for their orders but it wasn't crowded at all. We ordered two of the regular fat burgers with all of the toppings and sauces to get the full experience. We also ordered some skinny fries and onion rings. Service was friendly. It did take a little longer than I expected for our order to come out. I would say about 15-20 minutes at least. The restaurant was clean. We brought it home immediately, and I found each of food items to be just barely warm. For the burger, the different toppings were nice to have, but nothing super unique. The bun was probably the most disappointing part was the bun. The bun wasn't really soft, and definitely not warmed up. It would have been nice if the bread was toasted at the very least. The bun itself was also a little dry. The skinny fries had potential to be better. They were mostly soggy and unfortunately not salted enough. The onion rings were not crispy despite the batter appearing to be that way in many pictures. I can't really see myself coming back here.

Good burger, huge, hot, flavored like the kind you make at home in a fry pan, eg pepper, salt and possibly garlic powder. Nice huge dense bun, too. Fries were good, also hot. It's a big deal when you eat out and are served hot food. Great meal, huge portion and truly reminded me of a home cooked burger. Friendly professional customer service, quick to order and receive a great meal. Offered me ranch, thousand island dressing for fries, no extra cost. They have cardio, salt and pepper, mints, hand wipes, nice touch along with mints. Two big screen TV's, no blaring way to loud music. I'll try it again in the future. Looks like they have milkshakes including vegan flavors, chicken sandwich, ground turkey burger.

I got to make my first ever call to Poison Control last night. Thanks Smashburger!…read more We ordered food for pickup around 6:30 yesterday. I have never been here before and the place was deserted but I noticed the McDonalds directly across from this location was packed. Now I understand why. My husband brought out the food to me and then said he had to go back in because they still needed to make my milkshake. On our way home, I took a sip of the Oreo Cookies & Cream Shake and it had a terrible taste to it. Thinking that could not be right I took another drink and I was overwhelmed by a chemical taste. It tasted like cleaning solution or something. I told my husband and he took a drink as well. He said it was definitely off and we should throw it away. About 20 minutes later, both my husbands throat and my throat began burning and about 30 minutes later I started vomiting. I immediately started looking up why this might be happening. I had never heard of or experienced anything like this before. I read online that experiencing a chemical-tasting milkshake is a rare but well-documented hazard in the food service industry and that the most common cause is human error during machine maintenance. It said we should call poison control immediately, which I did. We also contacted the store to advise them so that hopefully this would not happen to anyone else. They were no help and said that no manager was available to speak with. They did not take my name or information but instead told me I needed to contact their customer service. They did not give me a phone number or website or any resources. After looking online for a way to contact someone, I reached out to their customer service, which is just a generic form. I am still nauseous and having gastrointestinal issues and no one from this business has bothered to contacted us at all.

Yeah, that's right, not advertised, but if you're dining in and you finish the order of fries, just ask for a refill and they give it to you! So, pro tip: always order the small fries, that is unless you are doing take out. The yare some of the best fries around. About the way they list their burgers. The "regular" burger is actually a DOUBLE burger with two patties. They shame the manly men and most anybody else, by listing the normal single patty burger as a "LITTLE" burger when all it is, is what most people would call a normal burger. Oh, nobody wants a "LITTLE" burger! You get all the same free toppings free, like grill onions and mushrooms on both versions. But since we're on the expense account, everybody gets the "REGULAR" double cheeseburger with "the works". The inside is clean and ordering is easy. We just get 2 orders of small fries for the 5 of us, since I figure we'll get some refills anyways. They do give a ton of fries even at the small size. There's a cup they fill then over fill the bag. I will say they do have some very good fries here, better than In N Out that's for sure. Our orders come up and the burgers are all wrapped well and the fries are soaking grease on the brown paper bag. I'll say, this burger is very tasty, not sure it's worth almost $12 bucks with tax and fries are extra like $5 bucks. But that's what expense accounts are for! Without her, we'd probably still be wandering the streets, hungry contemplating what to eat. Walking in, we were greeted by bright lights, a lively crowd of families, and a super-friendly bartender who made us feel right at home. We ordered a prosecco, an Irish coffee, French toast, and a schnitzel sandwich. The drinks arrived in about five minutes -- now that's the kind of efficiency we like! The prosecco was refreshing, while the Irish coffee leaned a little more toward the bitter side. A bit less Irish charm, a bit more coffee reality. The food arrived about 20 minutes later, and let me tell you, the portions were absolutely massive. The French toast was perfection: thick, chewy, and just the right amount of sweetness, with enough syrup to make it delicious without putting us into a sugar coma. Then came the schnitzel sandwich. Crispy, golden, and so ridiculously huge that fitting it into my mouth became an Olympic-level challenge. At this point, I wasn't eating lunch, I was stretching and I'm pretty sure I teared my mouth with this sandwich. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was lively, and the food hit the spot.
