This place is constantly busy because who doesn't love Shake Shack! Unfortunately, due to it being so incredibly busy, the quality of a normal Shake Shack just isn't there. The fries are cold, the burger is greasy and under seasoned, the sauce is bland, and the portions are small. The service was friendly, helpful, and fast however, the kitchen should focus on delivering hot and fresh foods because the meal was disappointing. You can easily spend $25 for a full meal - burger, fries, and drink so it's a shame that the quality was so low. Otherwise, there was lots of seating, the tables are kept clean, and the bar connected to the restaurant is a pleasant place to spend your layover!

Located in B terminal of the airport, I was initially intimidated by the long line for the carry out cashiers, but they were moving through orders quickly (note that they also have a full service bar that you can walk up and have a dine-in experience with drinks). Shack Stack - This was a pretty good burger with the patty having the crispy bits of a smash burger and the breaded portobello mushroom stuffed with cheese was fried perfectly. The potato bun somehow fused with the wax paper wrapping so it was difficult to eat. Smoke Shack - Unlike the Shack Stack, the burger patty didn't have any crispy bits ringing the patty. Otherwise, the smoked bacon was crispy and added a smokey flavor to the sandwich and the chopped cherry peppers added some heat. The same complaint also applies here too-the bun somehow fused to the wax paper bag so it was hard to eat. Salted Honey Bourbon Shake - This is a featured shake that uses one shot of bourbon in the recipe so you have to be over 21 to order, and they card you. I don't really drink alcohol so the bourbon flavor was quite strong, but others loved it! I'm not sure why the wax paper fused to the buns, but other than that the food was perfect. Airport food is always going to be expensive, so be ready for that.

Shake Shack with a Full Bar!

This is the only Shake Shack location with a full bar and food service at the bar! There are only 12 seats at the bar, so it is often full. And when it isn't full the bartenders often go try to recruit folks from the line to come fill up empty seats. But if you can get a seat at the bar this is a fantastic option. No waiting in line, and a full bar to get your favorite beverages along the way. Admittedly, the food wasn't quite as good as the typical Shake Shack, which isn't a surprise at all considering this is an airport location. The food was still good, and the hot dog was very good, but the burger wasn't quite as good as I've had at other locations. The staff was excellent. They clearly have fun working here, were very social, and eager to provide great service. Chatting with the staff was one of the best parts of getting a seat at the bar (along with the beer, of course). I love that you can skip the line, order and eat food at the bar, and enjoy full bartender service the entire time. Whenever I have a layover in Denver, I am absolutely trying to score a seat at the bar here! If you don't get a seat at the bar you can still order drinks from the bar and sit in the dining area. You'll just have to wait in line to get your food, because you can only order food at the bar if your entire party is sitting at the bar.

i had gotten the chick'n shack burger and crinkle cut fries. This was my first time trying shake shack and was sort of expecting it to be pretty great for fast food; the chicken seemed overly breaded for my liking, this might just be my preference. The employees were quite rude. I've worked fast food before and surely wish I hadn't tipped at the point of ordering my food. The fries were the upside. The music was blaring fast paced music-- I feel like a Karen commenting with such negativity but sheeeeeesh, let me eat in peace and quiet without having to yell just to talk to my girlfriend lol

First time eating at a Shake Shack, what a pleasant surprise. Our flight was delayed so we decided to try it out. Service was pretty quick considering the long line and cashier was friendly. We were able to snag a booth and relax and people watch. The Stack Shack is honestly one of the best franchise burgers I have had in a long time. I would totally come back if ever at Denver airport again.

Ate and drank at the bar in terminal B. Service was friendly, attentive and efficient. We were also served by Jason, but had the opposite experience than someone who complained earlier today. Better yet, prices seemed normal and not doubled for airport.

$36 for 2 tiny burgers, 2 small drinks and 1 French Fry order at a fast food restaurant.

Soggy uncooked fries, overly pink hamburger. Save your $ go elsewhere. Anywhere. I've given this place way more chances than deserved.

Poor service for a Shake Shack, so don't expect what you would get from a non-airport location.

When it was originally explained as a French dip restaurant, I'll admit I was skeptical but I'm very happy to say that I was wrong. This place is truly great. I ordered the alameda street and I feel confident saying I've never had a better French dip. The bread was perfectly fluffy and the flavors were seriously surprising. We also ordered the crispy potatoes and just thinking about them again is making my mouth water. The interior of the space was super vibey with disco balls and fun art. Def downtown vibes. Parking was not ideal, but it never is downtown. I ended up at a meter a couple blocks down which was totally fine. I love how meters allow you to pay by phone now and text you when your time is almost up.

We came here after a big event and it was festive around the holidays. A gigantic Christmas tree set the vibe, and it wasn't too loud in here on what was apparently angsty 90's music night. Others in the group got pickle beer, negronis, and I had some kind of fancy cocktail that I can't remember what was in it, only that it tasted good. Good spot overall!

Elevated Hospitality: A Masterclass in Event Execution at Tom's Watch Bar…read more I recently organized an event for 120 guests at Tom's Watch Bar in Denver, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the initial contract phase to the final onsite execution, the team proved they are true masters of high-stakes hospitality. The Vision & Planning Working with Joanna during the planning phase was a dream. She is a consummate professional with a sharp eye for detail. She understood exactly how to translate our brand into the space, creating a custom Denver-themed digital design featuring our logo that played across every large screen. The energy it brought to the room was palpable--our Immediate Past President was so impressed she's already requested the same "wow factor" for all our future events. The Spread The catering exceeded all expectations. We opted for a diverse package that catered beautifully to everyone, including our vegetarian and vegan guests. The Savory: The mac & cheese was a crowd favorite, and the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy and moist. The loaded sliders and tater tot bar also kept the energy high throughout the evening. The Sweet: Do not miss the dessert bar. Specifically, there is a peanut butter bar with an incredible internal crunch that is absolutely addictive. The Atmosphere & Entertainment The venue layout is genius. We had a mix of indoor seating for both small and large group discussions, plus an incredible outdoor space with stunning stadium views. We brought in a third-party karaoke vendor, and the staff--Joanna, Zach and Matt--coordinated with them so seamlessly behind the scenes that I didn't have to worry about a single technical detail. Between the karaoke, Jenga, and cornhole, there was never a dull moment. The Service What truly sets this venue apart is the personal touch. Zach and Matt are absolute stars. Knowing I was busy managing the entrance and welcoming guests, they went out of their way to check in on me personally, ensuring I had food and a drink in hand. That level of care for an event organizer is rare and deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a venue that combines a high-energy atmosphere with white-glove professional service, Tom's Watch Bar is the place. Request Joanna, Zach, and Matt--you'll be in the best hands in Denver.

I was unimpressed with the quality & quantity of the food, especially based on the Mile high prices. My burger was very flat, almost like a cheap hamburger patty from a fast food restaurant. It's unique and really tasty, though it was a bit polarizing for the rest of the table. * The Service: The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. The Chicken Tikka Masala Cheesesteak was supposed to come with tzatziki, but I didn't see or taste any on mine. The Veggie Tikka Masala Burger was also a bit of a letdown--it's essentially a standard burger with a side of masala sauce for dipping. We were hoping the burger itself would be infused with those Indian flavors rather than just relying on the extra sauce.
