Our food took longer than expected, but one of my friends had it way worse--he ordered second, yet somehow about 10 people got their food before him. When he went up to ask what was going on, the person we assumed was the manager gave a snarky response: "I'm calling them as I get them." Not exactly helpful, and definitely not great customer service. It still took quite a while after that for his food to come out. On top of that, I ordered a Baja Blast, but the manager ended up locking the soda fountain so no one could get refills because a few people were abusing the water cups. I get the reasoning, but it kind of ruined it for everyone else who paid for drinks. Overall, not the best experience. Between the long wait and poor customer service, this visit definitely missed the mark.
