At the time, I met the owner (Nomie), sampled food, & was an awesome experience. Please see my 5-star review from then. At the time, I said one of these days I need to go back here. I don't often go to College Park, but I kept this in the back of my head. That "one of these days I need to go back here" came on Sunday, April 13, 2025. The next time my girlfriend & I were in College Park was 5 weeks later, today, Sunday, May 18 for College Park's Spring Street Fair. We had a Meetup walk in Greenbelt, which was a little shorter than we thought. We were originally going to eat lunch, College Park Day, and then a 3 PM back in Greenbelt. But considering the walk was shorter, I checked the movie schedule and said 12:30 could work, and we could go to the Fair after, which made sense. As it turns, we got there shortly before 3 PM. I never looked at the schedule, but there was a fold-up sign saying to scan the QR code to see the schedule of events. I looked and exclaimed to my g/f Nomie from Krazi Burrito was doing a presentation at the Culinary stage. I said we gotta find this stage, and walking just 2 steps, I said it's right here. Nomie remembered me and was friendly. He gave a great presentation. I was thinking I need to get around to this Krazi Burrito review, and just so happened to be next on my alphabet series. Experience on Sunday, April 13: We had a College Park Meetup walk that day, and I suggested we do this Ghost kitchen. You have to put the order ahead of time although they have screens you get there too. I live about 15 miles away and were making 2 stops on the way. Wanted to put in the order on the computer before leaving as opposed to on my phone and driving. We estimated the time but were about 25 minutes early. A kitchen staff member came out, and I said we were a little early, so if it can be ready early, it'd be great. They were done a little early, which was nice. We enjoyed our burritos on the limited outside tables. Wow, these are quite possibly the best burrito I've ever had. My g/f shared that same sentiment. The burrito is so flavorful, steak is tender and various other ingredients were fresh & well seasoned. In addition to the burrito, it comes with a boba tea! That was excellent as well. I knew the burrito was excellent from the 2023 Yelp event, but I'll definitely will need to come back again and try the kabob & other items in the future! I spent every summer in this town, growing up, and I never discovered this restaurant until a precious friend brought me here a few years ago. It's a dated, though efficient, and charming, cafe with fresh dishes you might love. Firstly, if you plan on having lunch here on a Monday, make sure you are able to finish by 2:45 since they close by 3pm. All other days, they are open past 8pm. We started with the sweet potato soup despite the fact that the reviews for the lentil soup here are the highest. Yes! If it's featured: get it! The turmeric and coconut milk make this soup delightful. The herbs made it so fresh and there was just the right amount of sweetness and gentle heat. Parsley really adds to this recipe and I'm not usually a fan of this herb. The pitas are soft, thin and light. Love them. We needed to order more. I've never had such paper-thin pitas. Yum! I love love love the hummus, here. It is nothing short of divine. The flavors are fabulous and deeply complex. You can really taste the tahini. The olive oil is mild and delicious. I exclaimed, "the hummus was the best ever." And then 5 minutes later, I read a review by Yelper James H. where he says it's the best ever and, "... this hummus at Cedars of Lebanon might have ruined all other hummus for me forever." While I've had similar swooning feelings over the hummus at Lebanese Taverna in Tyson's Corner, this hummus is at least a top contender if not the metro DC area's hummus winner. The cucumber mint yogurt salad is nice, cold and refreshing. You can really taste the mint. I would order this yogurt salad with every meal. The falafel pizza is unusual and fresh. Straight away-- you can taste the tahini, parsley and couscous. The dough is grainy and natural. And there are radishes on this falafel pizza: not overpowering. For the $9 or so pricepoint, this dish is a true labor of love. To prep all of these vegetables, even with food processors, must take time. How novel of a dish! Put the yogurt salad on this pizza. You will thank me. And I only did it because I was watching someone else slather it on. There were at least 12 desserts on the menu. Meow. If we weren't so full of pita, hummus, tahini and fresh veggies, we certainly would love to taste a few of these. The restaurant has a small outdoor dining area with three four-seater tables, which was find for our two dogs. The experience overall was pretty low key, which necessarily is not a bad thing. Although there is waiter/waitress service, you will have to order your food at the cashier's counter. Actually, maybe that's only a thing if you are dining outside. The menu has a nice mix of Middle Eastern dishes. I went with a beef (or maybe it was lamb) kabob plate. The portions were fine and my meal was pretty good. It was not out of this world amazing, but it got the job done. I thought that the prices were pretty good for the area and the amount of food received. Although the food was fine, I do not think that I would go out of my way (e.g., driving more than 30 minutes) to dine here. Just be aware that the restaurant does not serve alcoholic beverages.

To be fair, wings have to have a specific flavor and texture in order for me to truly enjoy them. I totally understand the process of what makes something halal, including what gives the chicken the red color, but this chicken was simply too red for me to eat, like beet red. Just completed DC established, next will be VA. As for Ledo Pizza, they were established in 1955 in Adelphi. They moved to the downtown College Park location in 2009. I wrote a 5-star review of the "Ledo Restaurant" in March 2018. I had greatly enjoyed the pizza then in March 2018. As great as the franchise locations are, the original is the best. Update since then 2020 story: Downtown College Park has never been terribly convenient for me. But in November 2020, I heard the original College Park location was closing. I was saddened by that. But they were struggling as a restaurant in a Covid environment as this location especially was more of a destination for dine-in. I made a special trip on that Friday, November 20, 2020 from my home in Russett, Anne Arundel County about 15 miles away that night to enjoy their last weekend. It was a bit of wait as expected, and they had set up just for to go orders. I had to wait outside in the cold until my pizza was ready. I could've eaten outside in the cold no thanks, or eaten in my car like an animal, but I drove quickly thankfully no traffic to get back home. Still was fairly warm but heated in microwave. It was so delicious. Speaking of America 250, July 4, 2026: Ledo Pizza had a $2.50 individual cheese pizza deal only on 4th of July for America 250. The cashier was nice, and the pizza was ready on time. When I was checking for Ledo locations, I didn't realize the College Park had reopened. This was as good as I remembered it as they re-opened the same restaurant location with the same ovens. We bulked up our small thin but delicious Ledo pizza with Playa Bowl as they had 250 bonus points and was a block from here. We told the nice staff at Playa Bowl about the Ledo deal today, which they enthusiastically said we need to take advantage of that deal! In summary, Ledo Pizza especially College Park location is great pizza! And if in College Park, I consider it a great option.

After we sat down for 10min, waitstaff asked us to move into the larger room as there was a party meeting in the back room. Everyone was very nice about it and we didnt mind either. Mom and I shared an Italian salad and also a 14" hot sausage pizza. My mom very much enjoyed the Italian salad and the house dressing was very good, and I liked it too.The salad was very fresh and tasty. The pizza was also very good and I love Ledo's Pizza as its very unique and the flaky crust is what I keep coming back for! Service was great, food pretty good and prices very reasonable. I'll be back again when in town!
