The customer service was great though workers were pleasant and attentive when I arrived to pick up my order. The location is small but clean and it still fascinates me that the kitchen produces so many cuisines. The first delivery was 2 days late and required multiple attempts to contact the merchant to get the ordered meals. Week 2 meals were delivered but be aware, if you happen to be in the shower when they show up with your delivery, they won't leave your meals on your secure porch and will just drive away with your order. Week 3- NO DELIVERY, NO CALL, NO EMAIL. Again, I had too contact the merchant to try to figure out where was my food. Days later got a response that they had an issue with their refrigerator and simply neglected to let me know!!! With over a thousand dollars already tied up with this merchant, I had to scramble to purchase food for my family elsewhere. Due to the "NO CALL NO SHOW" for the week 3 delivery, I politely asked the chef to immediately refund me for the remaining 2 weeks worth of food that wasn't delivered. I explained that because they failed to honor their contract, I had to make other arrangements for the meals. The merchant NEVER REFUNDED me for the remaining 2 WEEKS worth of food that they NEVER DELIVEREDA. I ended up having to contact my credit card company, and guess what? The merchant is lying to my credit card company, claiming they delivered all 4 weeks worth of meals! I am reaching out to the Office of the Attorney General and filing a fraud complaint next.
