Every time we come, there's a wait to get in, but we wait because we love this place! I ordered the egg breakfast which comes with eggs, potatoes, ham and toast- it's my go to! Oh one thing I'd change is the volume of the music. It's so loud that people try to talk over it and then it gets even louder. This is the only thing I don't like about this place (besides the wait).

My go-to is their Mocha Date Protein Smoothie. By around 9:30 AM I'm usually hungry, and this always hits the spot. I love the strong coffee flavor from the Colombian coffee beans, and the dates give it just the right amount of sweetness. It's filling without being too heavy. And when you have a little one, who doesn't need that extra coffee kick in the morning? The cafe is inside the gym, with a good amount of indoor seating around it, so it's convenient for me to grab my smoothie and sit while waiting for my daughter's swim class. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that sometimes the wait can get a little longer, especially when they're busy. Other than that, I really enjoy my usual smoothie and keep going back for it. It has definitely become one of my Sunday morning favorites.
