The Falcon team worked within a number of constraints, building in conduit runs that will be useful for decades to come, as well as running high and low-voltage power for eventual electrical hookups. They also planned and executed on a pedestal for a long-awaited wood-fired pizza oven, which serves as a centerpiece for the yard. It was easy to communicate with Joseph. He was on-site every day that work happened, and took the inevitable timing changes due to my schedule or that of the pizza oven delivery in-stride. More importantly, he listened carefully to what our desires and needs were, and helped guide the plan toward some things we love now that we would never have known to ask for - such as wall-side seating where we can watch children play. Falcon Landscapes gets highest marks from us. It was a job well done.

One word if you ask me, "are you satisfied?" - The answer is a BIG NO; I will not recommend this company and team to anyone. I paid $19500 for my backyard and attaching photos of the progress of two months My backyard project was begun by Alex and his team TWO months ago, and he hasn't completed it yet. He took almost all the money, around 98% of it, by saying his problems and I helped him in all possible ways as I can. (my mistake for trusting Alex and his crew). In these two months he worked around 10 days or 15 max and also that with an inexperienced team. This is the most unprofessional team I have ever met in my life. They betrayed me by making false promises, even though I trusted them as my friends. As a first-time home buyer, it was difficult for me to start the backyard job but still I decided to make this backyard, since my family can spend some quality time there with my 5-month-old baby. The work that Alex and his colleagues are doing is insufficient, and I won't discuss anything about it here since doing so would need a lengthy article. As a client, I had to phone them every day to find out when they are coming. I also had to remain with them and provide guidance for the job they perform. Giving my backyard project to this unprofessional crew was a mistake on my part. Because I lost money, faith, and patience, That's the reason why I'm sharing this review with everyone. One Day he came to my house at 7:00AM and said he don't have money to buy material for my backyard so I gave money, and he took the money and said he will back in 2 hours. You know what happened, he didn't show up for the day he went to his other location and started work. Tell me how much I should get irritated for this kind of unethical behavior. I don't know how many times I have called Alex. Sometimes he won't respond and pick up the call, then I have to connect with him via his social media accounts. It is frustrating for a loyal customer. Today morning I called Alex, and he was making fun of me, as a customer do I need to hear all this? Two months for a backyard project is unacceptable and still I tried to be calm with them and helped them to complete. I gave a contact of my friend and Alex company took $4000, HE WAS NOT SHOWING FOR 2 WEEKS AND ALSO ALEX WAS NOT COMPLETED MY BACKYARD HENCE MY FRIEND CANCELED TO GO WITH ALEX. My friend is still waiting for the money back from Alex. I lost my money, but it's ok I am going to complete my backyard with some other team. Thank you, Alex, and his Crew. Nandu Suresh
