What's worse is he used to answer the phone on the first ring and was "always there for me" and even said "You know I am always here for you and I answer the phone". But after he didn't show up two times he wasn't answering the phone anymore .... ever. I left many, many messages telling Isaias I was disappointed that not only does he not show up to do the repair that his worker broke, but he deliberately is ghosting me for weeks. He sees from caller ID it is me calling for him to repair something he damaged (I sent pictures of the hacked irrigation pipe in the hole where the agave got blown outta there from the broken line), so he deliberately does not answer the phone ever again to BE THERE FOR MEEEEE, like he told me previously. That deserves 1 Yelp star. So you think I'm going to do business with him if he doesn't even answer the phone ever? Someone told me "because they don't get paid to repair their mistakes and have to take time out from already paying jobs to go to a job that doesn't pay.
