There were two delicious creamy sauces, Pico de Gallo and purple cabbage. Crunchy enough to stand up to everything, it was SO good. I took the other two home of course. Dear Wingstop Customer Service,…read more I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Ennis store on 5/8/2025. My experience did not meet the standards I've come to expect from Wingstop. Firstly, it took over TWO hours to receive our food properly. The food-was served cold, we didn't receive our ranches, my order was incorrect. The staff was rude ESPECIALLY the light skin, tall, mixed, teenager who considers herself a management needs proper training, communication skills, and needs to be put in her place of professionalism. We had to go back twice to the location for them to get it correct. The wait time was excessively long despite ordering ahead. This not only ruined my meal but also left me feeling undervalued as a customer. The manger threw the ranch and was told for us to leave. I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, but the attitude, yelling over ranch, not giving corporate information and her name to report her is why this review has taken action and corporate, the franchises who own this wingstop will be notified as well. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly. I would appreciate it if you could look into this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure it does not happen again. I would also welcome a follow-up regarding this complaint.
