When ordering online I expect all things that are listed to come with the order. Why advertise the dipping sauce as a PLUS ONE if you have no intention on sending it??? Why can't your driver read? I taped a note along with cash on my door that CLEARLY STATES "please DO NOT ring doorbell.. thank you" and what the hell does he do?? Takes the cash and rings the doorbell then knocks obnoxiously loud. Thanks a lot for waking up my toddler who I just put down for her nap. That extra tip was to encourage he not do what he did. Wednesday I placed an order at 10:49am For a scheduled delivery at 6:30 on the damn app. Now granted we have some Inclement weather but I called the day before and confirmed they was going to be open but anywho at 330 I decided to call because something didn't resonate in my spirit... so I called the dominos In ennis and stayed on the phone for a little over 2 hours because I never got a call or an email to confirm if I would get my damn pizza so I called The headquarters of dominos they confirmed my order and said everything looks fine and I got Confirmation via email... fast forward to today this people done charged me 2x. Called the corporate office again and these people tell me they can't refund it over the phone... if I drove to ennis which is over an hour away and I see these people in here... lawd be with and them read more

We didn't get our full order delivered and called twice for them to deliver our stuff and they wouldn't. Then when we called two days later to reorder and get it corrected Dustin refused to fix it. I was even going to pick it up. We get bad service often from Domino's and they forget things often but most times they can fix it to some extent. Not fixing at all this time? I'll take my business somewhere else where I don't have to worry every time what they will mess up this time. read more

I recently moved to Ennis. Halloween night, we ordered and it took 2 hours, but food arrived hot and delicious. We ordered again tonight. I placed the order online at 5:27pm. I knew it would take awhile based on my last order. At 7:03pm, we received a call from the delivery driver saying she couldn't find our address. I let her know the Domino's app showed our address. She then said she found it on Apple Maps and was on her way. At 7:22, she had still not arrived, so I called the store and asked for a refund. The man who answered said I couldn't get one because she was in our neighborhood. I said that I would be calling back for a refund if my food was cold. At 7:35pm, still no pizza. I called back. The delivery driver answered and said she was the assistant manager. She said she delivered our food and described the house. It was not our house. So, we asked for a refund. She apologized and said she normally doesn't deliver and can't see at night. She said she has to have her manager approve the refund. She then tells us that they will refund our money but the manager said we are not allowed to order there anymore...because they can't read a map...makes sense. Waiting at the Repair Shop, in Ennis... I went online and ordered TWO Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches.. I didn't wait long, and before I left the shop, the driver arrived!! He was really friendly, I didn't catch his name, but he collected two dollar bills, and the change from my $20.00 covered it.. The sandwiches were SUPER AWESOME! They hit the spot and I had good success with Ennis, TX Domino's.. Expectation was set nice, arrival, professionalism, and service are superb! This has been quite possibly the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a Dominos company in my entire life. Last Friday I placed an order for some chicken wings and the online order tracker stated 21-30 minutes for delivery. After an hour I called in to find out that my order had not even been started and that it was in the process as many orders came in after mine. Didn't know that those after mine would take precedence since I had already ordered and paid. Since I as unable to order from anyone else in this small town I went ahead with the order and was told it would be to me in 30 minutes. After that 30 minutes came and went I called again. Now the excuse was we only have one delivery driver and one person making the good and taking calls. Mine is headed out the door. Waited for another 30 minutes for it to come 2 miles to me and it was like warm at best. Was told by the driver that I would be compensated with a free dessert on my account. Place an order online just now for my fiancé and I and called in to confirm the additional dessert because it didn't show up online. I waited for about 15 minutes on hold after a trainee had answered the phone. When I finally spoke with again the only one working I inquired about the free dessert due to the wait from last time. She was highly frazzled and irritated to say the least. She confirmed it but then stated that my order would be an hour and a half to two hours at least and not the 26-35 minutes that the online tracker was giving. This franchise seriously needs to overhaul their operations process as there is no way that they should be able to stay in business with this utter LACK of service! read more

Ordered 2 sandwiches and was told they are out of sandwich bread!! How can you run out of something like that when it is a major part of your business?? I understand that you cannot predict how people will order, and you surely do not want to have to get rid of overstock, but just have a hard time understanding when Domino's bombards us with commercials. read more
