We're big green salsa fans. The first table salsa had a fair amount of cumin in it. Not my favorite. The more piquant red was very good, very authentic and the green was muy picante! Delicious! We perused the menu; but ultimately we ordered simply. They have all kinds of wonderful combos; but I just wanted enchiladas. I did ask for salsa verde on the chicken enchilada; but when they came, they were all covered in chili gravy. My husband spotted a lunch special and so we asked if he could have it even though it wasn't lunchtime, and it was okay with a $2 upcharge. Happily, he ordered the tostada/soft taco, beans and rice plate and an additional two crispy beef tacos a la carte. My spouse enjoyed it all. It was just straight up Tex Mex; but good. So were my enchiladas. They were well filled and the meat was seasoned. The chicken was in chunks not shredded which texturally was wonderful. My only real complaint was that I found the music way too loud whether it was Country (and why Country?) or Mexican and they did turn it down when asked. It's also my hope that will get the plumbing fixed in the Ladies Room. To have to place all paper in a trash can that's across the room by the door means moving the trash can back and forth. That's totally unhygienic. There is plenty of parking in this strip center parking lot.

This time it was just not good. Portions were not even a full torta, the meat barely covered the bread and look at the beans!!! I would not recommend this place anymore.

Staff was super friendly and prices were fair. If I lived here I know I would be back. 1 thing I did not like was the advertising on the tables. That was dreadful and cost a star. I think this was quite possibly the worst Mexican food I have ever had. Nice restaurant but the…read morefood was tasteless and borderline not fit for consumption. Chips and Salsa-taste like it came from a jar or can with diced onion added to cover that up. Appetizer sampler-beef and bean nachos looked like slop. Ground beef was grayish and tasted tangy?! Egg roll was very doughy, unmelted cheese stick stuck in the middle, and chicken wasn't pleasant. Nacho cheese had film on top and was concession stand cheese sauce. Someone missed the mark on the chipotle ranch. Right idea but terrible execution. Fried jalepenos-bland. You can't even tell what you are eating because it tastes like absolutely nothing. Chicken quesadillas-chicken was okay. It was bland but at least it had a grilled flavor. The cheese was shredded cheese that never melted, at.all. Fish tacos-fish was bland. Piled with so much bland toppings. The saving grace was the green crema it came with. Rice was good, black beans were good. Waitress/bartender never returned after serving my drinks. I will not be returning.
