Ordered online to pick up. When arrived to window at set time, order had not even been started. Girl at window said she didn't know when it would be ready. When we asked for the manager, she stated that they were busy and would we like to cancel our order. Terrible customer service. We have been loyal customers but never again. Plenty of other pizza restaurants I'd rather patronize. read more

Dear Pizza Hut, If you know the wait for a delivewill be long, let your customers know that too!! Going on hour number 2 waiting for our pizza to be delivered. After the first hour, we called to see what was going on and they said they were short staffed so we'd have to wait. Jokingly (ok not that jokingly), I asked if we could get something thrown in for free since we waited for so long, but they just told us they don't do that. After waiting so long, we just decided to call and ask to refund our order because we still had a day ahead of us.. not that they were considerate of that. read more

I have patronized this restaurant for many years. I placed an online pizza order tonight. The experience I had was shocking. First the attendant at the window seemed slow in getting my order. When I finally got it, I noticed he appeared to take some money out of the register. My order was prepaid, so there was no change to make. I proceeded to leave and thought the box was not very warm so I pulled into the parking to check the order. Found wrong pizza and cold. Went in and had to wait while they made another one. Heard the kitchen staff asking who had a problem and he replied "the old guy!" He could at least said an elderly gentleman! The kitchen staff was very rowdy and clowning around. No wonder the order was wrong. I guess the manager was out as I can't imagine anyone condoning the totally unprofessional behavior. Very sad.... read more

What is wrong with these people? They cannot even make a personal pan pizza that's eatable. Today was the worst of the worst. It wasn't even cut right and all the ingredients were all over the package. It wasn't worth taking back. This place is terrible. Waited at the window for a while then had to call to get someone to acknowledge that I was waiting. My order was ready 5 minutes prior to me arriving then the woman tells me that my pepperoni pizza isn't ready yet... she comes back 20 minutes later and says still waiting on the pepperoni and it takes 12 minutes to cook.. here I am, over 30 minutes later and still waiting.... read more

I can see why this place has such a low rating! If I could not give them a star at all that would be ideal! First time ordering from them and I've been waiting for 2 hours just to get my pizza....still haven't gotten it! Absolutely ridiculous! You know that feeling of being starving and then not being able to eat, and that hunger going away.... yah! Thanks Pizza Hut! Finally got my food, after calling to see why I had been waiting for 2 hours, they had told me they don't deliver to my house(1.6 miles away) and that my order was sent as pick up, my online order summary states deliver at 7:57 and when going in the store the lady was telling me otherwise, gave my my receipt that said carry out. Not once calling me to tell me my order had been changed. But on my receipt it shows that someone on their end changed my order from delivery to pick up without me knowing. 2 hours waiting on a pizza no breadsticks that I got cold and my breadsticks were more like croutons. read more

Absolutely horrible experience here. We haven't eaten inside here in over 15years and will never again! I had to get up 3x to ask someone to come serve us. 45 mins after sitting down, we finally got drinks, which were soon sucked dry with no return for refills. Finally ordered and food was good once finally served. My pizza seemed almost raw which was scary but they assured me it was fine. There was a young teenage girl there which seemed to be doing it all and she was definitely doing her best. She probably should be promoted to manager bc nobody else seemed to be helping. read more

This is good pizza for low prices. Our whole family likes it. They can have your pizza in 20 minutes if it's carry out.

Absolute disaster on a Wednesday night. Been coming here for years with pretty solid service and consistent food, but this was a dealbreaker. Walked in from the parking lot at about 7 PM and noticed the drive-thru was looped around the building. The inside was not much better, with several disgruntled customers milling about the register in foul moods. One group was complaining about an order that was wrong. Others were waiting to be waited on, while another group had enough and just walked out. The crew were dropping metallic items on the floor making plenty of noise and yelling at each other. The phone rang constantly without being answered. I stayed for about 10 minutes with no one waiting on me before I walked out.....NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE read more

I just got off the telephone after speaking to Skyler. I called at 8:33 PM and ordered 2 large Alfredo pizzas, boneless wings, alfredo and a 2 ltr bottle of Pepsi. I called it in and talked to a live person, recording says call will be recorded or training purposes. I placed my order and asked the person to repeat it to ensure that my order was correct and it was. A hour later my order arrived and was not complete. Now this is where I called and spoke to Skyler, and he kept telling me that I placed it on the internet, I said no I spoke to a live person. Then he tells me that he is looking at my order and I did not order what I was telling him. I continued to tell him that what was written is not what I ordered. There was no apology, just kept telling me that he was looking at my order and what I was telling him is not what is on the order form. I let him know that it was incorrect and that was not what I ordered. Does anyone read the reviews or listen to the calls? Not good customer service at all, need better training and management. When I told Skyler that I was writing a review. he didn't say anything. SMH read more

Take out is quicker , I ordered delivery online . Had to pay a delivery fee and my pizza was 20 minutes late. I called and the manager just said wait a bit longer and said thanks and hung up. Management is terrible I'm switching to Dominoes read more

Unfortunately one star is to many. We ordered our pizza, and upon delivery we received the wrong order. They told us they would make the order and send it out to us, an hour later we hadn't received any pizza, so I call to see the status and it was sitting in the carry out warmer! At that point after wait 2 and a half hours to eat we just wanted a refund. The manager then told me I had to come in to do the refund. And HUNG UP IN MY FACE! YES, he hung up in my face. I have always had a problem with Pizza Hut due to their delivery times taking so long and, constantly getting the wrong orders, which is why it is rare that I order from them, but this time takes the cake! I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza but received a barbeque one instead. They even had the nerve to put the buffalo sauce on the side as if that would make things better. Then when I called back in a calm manner they put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. I called back again and was greeted rudely, the manager agreed to give me a replacement pizza then hung up in my face. Never ordering from there again! read more
