Dear Wingstop Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Ennis store on 5/8/2025. My experience did not meet the standards I've come to expect from Wingstop. Firstly, it took over TWO hours to receive our food properly. The food-was served cold, we didn't receive our ranches, my order was incorrect. The staff was rude ESPECIALLY the light skin, tall, mixed, teenager who considers herself a management needs proper training, communication skills, and needs to be put in her place of professionalism. We had to go back twice to the location for them to get it correct. The wait time was excessively long despite ordering ahead. This not only ruined my meal but also left me feeling undervalued as a customer. The manger threw the ranch and was told for us to leave. I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, but the attitude, yelling over ranch, not giving corporate information and her name to report her is why this review has taken action and corporate, the franchises who own this wingstop will be notified as well. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly. I would appreciate it if you could look into this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure it does not happen again. I could not get the online promotion because I ordered regular fries instead of large fries.

We stopped here on the way home from a competition. My students had to wait until they opened the doors at 11:11 (open at 11 and they could see 3 people just standing inside) We have been sitting outside waiting for the past 45 minutes!! This is unacceptable. We were the first in line and other people have received their food before my students! They are also filling online orders before finishing my students orders. If you are thinking about stopping DONT!!!! The whole restaurant is full of people sitting around waiting on their food. I want to stand at the door and warn people to find somewhere else to eat!! The cashier, I believe her name was America, completely blew me, and a spanish speaking customer off- completely unprofessional- and refused to acknowledge a customer that came back to the store to complain. Well, the chicken was 38 minutes as we sat waiting for the take out order and we spent $89 dollars for 40 wings three large fries and some chicken tenders. It's a lot to pay for mushy rough chopped wings. They weren't fried long enough to give them texture and the fries were wet and limp. It was a huge disappointment. KFC in our town used to do wings and they were really good! But they no longer offer wings. Just don't think we will be back, on top of everything else we had to listen to the manager get upset with the kitchen staff. The drink area was dirty as well. read more

my overall experience at Wingstop was not the best. I ordered my food online and after ordering my food online, I checked my order and seeing that my vegetables that I ordered were not correct my food was ice cold My back was dripping, wet full of grease so I returned my order and let the manager know what was the issue. She didn't argue with me and said well. What time was my order? I let her know that my order was picked up right when it was ready. She was upset about having to make me another order. I still kept calm and waited patiently for my order during that time I ordered a large ranch dressing, which I paid for after my order was ready. I checked my order once again in my ranch dressing was missing. I let her know that my Ranch dressing was not in the bag and she proceeded to argue with me. She had an attitude. And told me to leave her know that I have been waiting for over an hour for you all to remake my and I'm not leaving unless I get my ranch dressing. Or my money refunded, she refuse to refund my money instead argue with me in front of other customers telling me that I'm wrong. She also called me out of my name. And refuse to just admit that she was wrong because my ranch dressing was not in the bag she told me to leave and yelled at me to get out while calling me bitches so I let her know that I needed my money compensated and she took a stack of ranch dressing and threw them at me and into my bag and yell get out as I was leaving. She was still cursing at me and calling me names none of the staff were helpful as to trying to correct the food that was wrong. They were also yelling get out this Wingstop has the worst customer service ever. Everyone plays in the back and while making food and are very rude. The fact that my order was wrong and the manager wanted to argue with me, it's unacceptable. read more

not only do i come into the location my co-workers order from here at least once a week from Fresh Pet in Ennis, well several instantences have occured like not including one persons meal, no straws, but now today im missisng a wing from my 6 piece and person missing tenders...its gross to think someone stuck there hand in your meal to steal your food. we wont be ordering from you any time soon other places dont give us this experience read more

The cleanliness of the restaurant is poor. Floor dirty. There was 6 tables dirty when I enter with one two people present in the restaurant. Counter siding dirty. Drink area dirty. I waited on my take out order. I particularly said I would like my chicken extra crispy or well done. When I got my order my chicken was regular very greasy and the fries surely don't match the picture on the wall. The fries were very dark like they were refried and very greasy with little seasoning. The only thing good was the drink. Also I noticed a employee on his phone while in the cooking area no gloves.. and also the trays that was taken off the table from previous customers were just dumped and ready for next customer. No wipe down or put in the back to be washed was done. Also I am a paying customer I would like to be thanks for my business. When I received my order all I got was Nina and she proceeded to wait on the next customer. I will not be returning and whoever I know will know the customer service and food i experienced. read more

I placed an order for delivery around 10PM on the app, the order was supposed to get here at 11:30PM but I gave them a little grace period in case something happened. After 15 minutes I called the store and no one answered, I never received my food and I want a full refund for my order, already placed another bad review via survey.. my driver was supposed to be "jarrod H", not sure if he just ate it himself but it says it was delivered on the app. no further contact is necessary, I just want my money back. read more

Great wings if you get the correct order. Has happened more than twice that I've had missing items. Not trying to make two trips every time I order online. Point of the post is to double check your order right in front of the cashier, even if there is a line behind you. Save the trip. read more

The service here is horrible! They lost my order and didn't tell me. We asked about our order after waiting 40 minutes. It wasn't till then, that they made the discovery that they lost my order. Or as Dolce, the manager, said "it was misplaced". When I asked her for her boss' name and number to complain, she refused to give me that information. She said she couldn't. So then I asked her if this is a franchise. She literally had the deer in the headlight look on her face. Poor thing did not know what I was asking her. She didn't have a corporate number to give me so I'm assuming it was a franchise. It would be nice if Wingstop would educate their staff on whether they're a corporate location or a franchise location because that makes a difference. But I guess it doesn't matter because according to the reviews on every platform I can find on this particular Wingstop, they have horrible reviews. I will be calling corporate on Monday to let them know that the Wingstop in Ennis Texas is giving them a bad rap. In case they even care this franchise is awful. Arrived and there's food on tables... dirty not picked up! didn't get recognized after 5 mins of waiting... clearly we can see them and they see us phone is ringing non stop and finally the lady took orders and told us our order wasn't ready to wait 3 MINUTES!
