The Plumber Guy came with the highest of recommendation from a friend to come out and help with a clog in our shower. We were first time home owners that didn't know a lot about our new house and our home warranty had just expired, so we went with this company instead of the one that had previously come. We put all of our trust in The Plumber Guy. The whole experience FELT like an upsell, but I didn't realize how much of grift job it was until we had another company else come out. They said we didn't have ground level clean out and they would need to be installed (we do) they said that they could see roots in their video and we need to get new casting for our pipes (we don't) and they said the only way to clean it was to hydro jet it from the roof for $1200, or pull up the pipes. They were wrong. Two people came out and we paid them to do they hyrdo-jet. Our lines worked great for 8 months and then the problem occurred again. When I called to try and get any imaging for the video we HAD to pay for, no one had a copy, and we never saw one. They had zero warranty or recommendation on their work. All they suggested was to redo our pipes. Called someone else and they came out same day and cleared the line for $220, showed me where all our pipes run including all our ground level clean outs they said we didn't have, they gave me a copy of the video showing zero roots, and tested our water. This should be one star, but I gave them two because they did do the work they said they would, even though it wasn't what we needed and we were royally priced gouged, it was my fault for being trusting. I won't make that mistake again and neither should you.

I called Mark he states it must be a bad valve. I paid 375 for the cartridge and now he says the valve is a 1700 dollar job. I let home know that if the valve was bad he should've seen that earlier when he swapped the cartridge out. I let him know I didn't have confidence in them to properly fix the leak. I called a new plumber out. Mark installed the cartridge wrong, he damaged the seal when he put the new cartridge in. I called the company and they still have not returned my call. I feel robbed now. I paid 375 for their guy to damage the cartridge while he's installing it. Maybe they did that on purpose. They knew I would call them with the leak again. Then to hit me with 1700 to change valve out that takes 10 mins to do is crazy! New cartridge correctly installed was 200 bucks from the guy who fixed Master rooters work.

He inspected the bathroom and said it was a leaking pipe below the toilet. He cut a hole in my ceiling and referred me to a "remediation" service. They showed up in 15 minutes and wanted $1500 to "create access". I'm not sure if the company or the tech was running it, but it's a scam. The problem was a wax ring, which I replaced myself, and the "leaking pipe" was magically fixed! I had not dealt with a leaking toilet upstairs, and since there wasn't any water around the toilet, I didn't think of the wax ring needing to be replaced. If their techs can't recognize, or at least consider, the possibility of a flange that may need attention, I'm not sure you want to call this company. Or, they have expert techs who know how to scam people. I fixed the problem myself for $25, and still have a hole in my ceiling. I now see from the other people that this place seems well aware of what they are doing.
