NOBLE... The right name... in 20 minutes, Frank and his helper had my kitchen drain cleared and were packing up their gear. I knew it was going to be a favorable experience when Frank got out his Camera and Monitor to check the pipe...Wham... Bam... and DONE... Unlike the "not to be named" rooter company that showed up the day before... Did not even have the correct auger on his main cleaner... AND, got his Milwalkee stuck in the pipe... and I had to show him how to get it out...The only thing good about them was they didn't charge me for a service call... I don't write many reviews but, this company deserves a 5 star rating for their service. I was having an issue with the water pressure in my house and the sprinklers (after a previous job done by a different company). The company sent a technician out for a free estimate and he found the issue right away. I wasn't sure if it was the regulator, the main shut off by the street, or something else. I'm so over yelp because I feel like the the reviews are bought but I will tell you that we renovate a lot of houses on a budget but want things done right so believe it or not this is a real review! Pilot light on our water heater keeps going out after about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, warranty only covers parts. I called Pro Quality Plumbing for service. The girl told me they could light it again, but I would have to pay each time it goes out again. She said they cannot guarantee it will stay lit. I have no problem lighting it, but need someone to find the cause! It probably needs a new thermocouple, but they were unwilling to investigate the underlying issue. read more

Guy came over, checked out the job, gave me a verbal estimate, and said he would check things out, give a formal estimate with a job date. Did not hear from him for two days. Called. Finally he texted me a day later, saying he will try to squeeze me in. Not to be. Over a week later (*), I call him again. He says he feels my pain and would fit me in. (*) granted there was the weekend and I was out of town for another day. Oh, he texts me using his(?) personal phone with a name I did not recognize, so I never answered thinking it was a crank call.
