I thought my blocked storm drain needed just a cleanout. The problem turned out to be much worse. Frank and his team figured out where the damaged pipe was -- 4 feet underground, underneath concrete. They did a great job getting to the pipe and fixing it. They worked all day Saturday until 10PM so the pipe would not be blocked for the storm due the next day. The concrete contractor who damaged the pipe last year gets 1 star. read more

Noble Plumbing is great! Highly recommend. My dishwasher wasn't draining. Water was drainging out of that little valve that is right by the edge of the sink. I called a couple of plumbers who wanted between $90-$130 just to come out and look at it. Noble charges $49 for a blocked drain which already is the best deal in town and so when they came out and took a look they said that it was probably just a bit of food that got blocked in the line from the dishwasher. We stuck a coat hanger down that little valve on the sink and ran the dishwasher and it drained fine! Problem solved in a couple of minutes. Now, the guy could have taken a couple of things apart, checked a couple of other things and charged me, but he didn't! No charge at all. Now that is honesty. I will use these guys in the future for any of my plumbing needs and I would encourage you to do the same. read more

I was calling around to get pricing for my clogged kitchen sink and everywhere I called they quoted me $80-$100!!! I was like oooh no... so luckily I came across Noble Plumbing and they quoted me $49!YES! Noble Plumbing was fantastic, clean and quick. Had a backed up sink drain and my 25' snake could not reach it. Called Noble and they came out in just a couple of hours and quickly found and cleared the blockage (just about 30' down the line). My property manager called Pro Quality Plumbing for a leak in the sink from a valve that popped off. I called at 6:30pm and he arrived at 8:00pm. He didn't really look at anything, but told me the leak was coming from upstairs, which was absurd, there were no leaks upstairs, that he would have to turn off the water and would be back first thing in the morning. That 10 min visit to turn off the water was $350.00. After cancelling my work in the morning, I learned that someone would be out between 3:00-5:00 pm - Frank's apprentice came out and the problem was quickly and easily fixed, another $350.00. I'm renting so it wasn't my money, but I did cut my work day and was sorely mislead about the nature of the problem and time frame (first thing in the morning isn't between 3-5pm). Safe yourself time and call someone that values their business. read more

We had multiple bids, some cheaper than Franks. We chose Frank because of the reviews and my wife thought he was very courteous. It's unclear what license they have. Frank is friendly, does a great job of reassuring. BUT BEWARE! We paid $8300.00 for questionable and incomplete work. See his written quote, attached photo. Frank came out, inspected our plumbing using the camera. He quoted $7200 to replace the sewer pipes from the back house to the street. His written quote said "we will do sewer trenchless replacement form backside of the house where existing clean out is to the city line...." He left some old pipes, and replaced most. WHAT IS THE POINT OF REPLACING FROM "EXISTING CLEAN OUT TO CITY LINE..." if portions of cast iron are left? Once our driveway was dug up, Frank called to say "everything busted." He needed to charge another $1800, because he had to dig two more holes to connect another pipe. We have two bathrooms in the back, which were pointed out to him when he initially provided the quote. Adding $1800 was shocking. There was NOT much else we could do after things were dug up. He agreed his "office" would allow him to do it for $1100 more. We agreed to pay the extra, for a total of $8300 and cut our losses. At this point, some red flags prompted our request he provide photos of his work as he continued, before burying everything. He assured us he would send us photos of his progress. My wife texted him a "friendly reminder to photo the pipes and replacement progress." When she returned to check on things, Frank claimed he "forgot" to photo and advised we can see it by camera when next we have a plumber out. See photo. He did NOT replace everything. He claims he promised only to do it from the clean out. He threw a lot of plumbing jargon. The photo reflects he left the old cast iron pipes from the clean out, without replacing them. After getting his $8300, he advised us there was a "cap" to the clean out he would return on Monday to install. On Monday he called my wife, presumably to demand more money? My wife advised him to email us rather than call. He never responded to our email. He never returned with the cap. He did quite a bit of work digging up six holes. Whether he actually did what he promised is questionable. read more

Pro Quality came out to do a total install on my kitchen faucet after I replaced my counter and sink. They hooked up my dishwasher and garbage disposal as well. After two days of no water, they came out the same evening to do the job and were a life savor in getting everything done quickly. They were very friendly, reasonably priced (including a free estimate) and very professional! I would totally recommend them and plan to continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs! read more

Kudos to Frank, Crystal & Tino. We needed hydro-jetting in our kitchen sink drain line. After many drainage problems over a number of years, we had the line cleaned & its interior video & found an area of congealed grease buildup about 50-70 feet down stream of the cleanout. Our plumber recommended Pro Quality hydro-jetting to preclude another backup. Tino was able to come out late in the day & did an excellent job cleaning out all the buildup with the hydro-jet snake. He explained the whole procedure & completed the job in about 90 minutes. He was very professional & friendly as were Frank & Crystal as well. I highly recommend Pro Quality. Frank was amazing. They showed up within 30 min of me calling. I've been having issues with my dishwasher that I thought was because of a clog in my sink or garbage disposal. I had low water pressure and no cold water in a shower due to old galvanized pipes. Frank responded quickly on a Friday to quote a copper re-pipe. His crew started work the following Monday. They put in a very long day to get a shower and toilet working immediately. They proceeded to have everything re-piped by the end of the week. Patched walls the following Monday. Not only did the kind receptionist call her boss to make sure our emergency was taken care of but she also squeezed us in, from their already packed schedule. She was a delight.
