Had 2 pairs of jeans shortened. They did a short cut method that just folded up the pant leg on the…read moreinside above the hem creating a large pleat on the inside of the pant leg, Then this pleat was just stitched down. I never expected this. All this does is weigh down the hem and not let bottom of the pant leg move properly. I haven't washed them yet, but I am sure the pleat will sag after a washing, since it is only tacked on the side seams. I spent $30 each on this shoddy workmanship and will not be doing business with them again.

His policy is prepay only and never gives you a receipt. I was told to come back a week later for services I paid for upfront. After a week I came back and the jeans were ready but the slacks were not. Once again he told me come back a week later so after another week I came back for my slacks. He then tells me my slacks were misplaced and he cannot find them. He asked me again for another week so he can locate my pants. I asked him to call me once he found my pants. After another two weeks passed without hearing from him I stopped by to pick up my pants. He told me he had lost them. I was rightfully furious and demanded he refund the alteration fee and dry cleaning fee I paid for plus reimburse me for the cost of the pants. His response was give him more time to locate my pants (it has now been over four weeks since I had originally dropped them off) and he refused to refund the alteration and dry cleaning cost and refused to reimburse me for my pants. The owner of this business lacks any sense of small business ethics and basic human decency. I am reporting this to BBB and will follow with a civil suit as a matter of principle. You will not get away with ripping people off!
