After more than three months I finally got it back the third time and it was fixed but they insist that there was nothing wrong with the machine. The problem was that I was using it wrong. I have to use my left foot to operate it instead of my right foot. If this was the case, which I do not believe is the case, they should have been able to tell me this when I returned it the first time.
