I've called her to let her know that's not what I expected and wanted and if she can correct it. She said she will. That was 4 months ago. She knows my phone #'s and since then when I call she doesn't pick up. She has no vm set up so I can leave a vm. What kind of business now days can operate and survive like that - I have no idea!!! Once my girlfriend called her a second after I've been trying for hours and she picked it up. Then I got her on the phone and confronted her, but she had her excusess... If you talk to her and see her she looks the perfect lady you can trust. But that's not the case. She just ignores you after she is done and if you like her job - you are ok, but if you don't - just forget about it and take the loss! I've spend $1,400.00 and now I'm very unhappy every time I'm in my living room! My money went into the drain and there is nothing I can do, because it passed more than a month and I can't cancel the check. If you ever use her - make her sign contract (which I was stupid not to do it) and never pay her the 2nd half of the money until you get what you wanted. I never thought that relaxed southern business woman will treat her customers this way, but I guess I was naive. I would never recommend her because of her work ethics!
