A bummer to see as it was a birthday and we come here often. We did get switched to the dining room after talking with another hostess. Sadly the hostess was unfriendly. The food is still amazing. The ceasar salad is truly the best in the city! First time trying the meatballs and I loved these too. My bf opted for a parm crusted fillet and I tried the macaroni! Park crusted was amazing, the filet is cooked perfectly here! The macaroni is so saucy and flavorful! They did bring out a birthday tiramisu too! Not the best service this time around, but I love the food and the vibes !

Service: service was pretty lacking for the price point. The hostess was MIA when our party arrived, until someone waiting behind us walked in and tracked her down himself. Our waitress was very slow and it took us 2.5h+ to get through a 3 course dinner, most of which was us sitting around waiting. And that's with us packing up dessert to go because we were running behind. Bread service: a nice touch and they give you a lot of Parmesan and oil. We had a no-cheese person, and our request for an extra saucer of dip without cheese was ignored. Guy never name back despite agreeing. Tuna tartar: very well seasoned although you could tell the tuna was a bit low quality. It was noticeably sinewy and unevenly chopped. Steak: we ordered two steak. The Delmonico (boneless) ribeye we ordered medium rare and it came well done. By this point we waited so long for the entrees we were ravenous and just ate it. The NY Strip decently flavorful but didn't stand out. Lobster Diavolo: despite being advertised as spicy the sauce was very mild and somewhat bland. They empty out an entire lobster so there's generous topping in it. Tiramisu: solid dessert and not too sweet. On the firm and dry side. Special occasions: they stick a free club sprinkler in a dessert which makes for an extravagant celebration and great photo op. The interior of the restaurant is extremely loud. They had a live performer playing piano and we couldn't hear each other talk. It's great if you're looking for this type of ambiance. Most of the people were appeared to be celebrating something or a bit dressed up. Service is a miss and the food is very meh for the price. I think you come here for the club-staurant ambiance. Chicago has a lot of places that serve amazing steaks and I don't think Fioretta stacks up on the food or service side.

This place can get noisy so it's difficult to hear the people you're with, and the atmosphere was giving countryside vibes. The staff here are friendly and check in the just the right amount. My server suggested we order two dishes per person since everything was shareable and smaller in size compared to traditional Italian restaurants. Plates and utensils get changed out after every series. I ordered a rosemary spritz which was pleasant and bright. The stracciatella which was a nice start and a surprisingly large serving of macerated cherries in a light bed of buffalo mozzarella slices and sauce and a side of flatbread which helped scoop up the sauce. The grilled clams were detached from the shells which was a nice touch, and sat in a smoked pepper butter. The mezzaluna was presented well. I was thinking the lamb pancetta was going to be saltier, but it wasn't at all. Ended with pork ribs pampanella which were plentiful and grilled, but not spicy which I thought pampanella was. The meat was slightly tender but still had enough chew. Rose Mary has a good staff and a large kitchen bustling with activity, but the cross section of Croatian and Italian didn't do it for me. The menu has a wide variety to choose from, but I'd prefer a setting in which I can hear my party. The drinks and service were a highlight of the night, but the food came up short.

The prices are pretty reasonable, because you can choose exactly how much pizza you get. On this visit I got a bit of pesto potato and a bit of sausage and blueberry. I'd never seen blueberries on a pizza before, but it was pretty solid. If you get it to go they offer to heat it up for you, or not, and they cut it into nice bite-sized pieces so it's easy to eat while you walk. I really love this concept!

I'm glad I did because they were delicious! My friend and I both agree that this was our favorite dish out of everything we tried at Time Out Market. In comparison the cavatelli was a flavor bomb. Very garlicky and good amount of sun dried tomato, and just miles above the pappardelle in the flavor department. Texture of the cavatelli was better too, and much closer to al dente. Chicken seemed a teeny bit old and tough. If I came back, I'd probably order this again, or a different white sauce, with thicker pasta shapes. The inside is pretty nice with a good number of 4-seater tables and some bar seating facing the window. They also had some interesting sandwich and dessert options I didn't try. I appreciated the self-serve water. This is a very casual restaurant, so do not expect any table service. Maybe this is on roughly the same level or a little lower as the Vapiano's that used to be in Chicago (food-wise, loses ambiance-wise) if you order right, but it's definitely not as good as the Vapiano's in Europe. At least, not currently. Very convenient location right by the Morgan green line. Would I visit again? Hard to say.
