This review is for Brittany behind the bar. First, she made me perhaps the best Old Fashioned I've ever had. She's incredibly personable despite it being a pretty busy time. She greeted everyone who came up to the bar and kept track of their orders. It was pretty impressive to get to witness. Seven Devils, you need to keep this young lady on your staff at all costs. Cheers!

Worst dining experience imaginable. Actually, I couldn't imagine an experience this bad. Infuriating self service process and then they have the audacity to ask for prescribed amounts of 10, 15, 20, 25! First have to check in at front desk, give your credit card in order to get a QR code. Then use the QR code to order at different counters throughout the restaurant. All the while more angry customers asking questions in total confusion. Not enough staff or kiosks to answer any questions. The entire place is a god damned riddle. Including finding the restrooms, not a single sign for restrooms anywhere except through the non-marked door and two floors in the basement. No option to opt out of giving your phone number. No terms of service to agree to wondering if I signed up to know when my order was ready or endless spam. Worst still, it's the only option in the village as everything else was closed. Not a single review on Yelp? Edit: uploaded the photo because the LED strip fell apart while we were eating lunch. You can't make this up!

Roystar was AMAZING! Best bartender Tam has. 100% recommend and will come back for more.

Pulled pork sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. Amazing service and the ambiance is so nice.

If given the opportunity would definitely recommend ordering the "Feelin Pretty" made by Roystar(who also provides great service)!

He went above and beyond with his service--attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great meal. Every recommendation he made was spot on. You can tell he really knows the menu and takes pride in what he does. We ordered the chicken plate, and it was absolutely delicious--perfectly cooked, flavorful, and one of those meals you keep talking about afterward. Between the incredible food and Alfred's exceptional service, this was easily one of the highlights of our time at Tamarack. If you're in the area, do not skip this place--you're truly missing out if you don't stop by. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back.

They have an empty restaurant at 4:30 and won't let you in. We watched so many people get turned away but we sat in the restaurant by ourselves from 4:30-5:45. It's a quiet, fine dining restaurant. Limited number of tables so book early if you want to go. Small bar to sit at. They have a kids menu with mac n cheese, chicken tenders, steak or butter noodles. Coke products. You can room charge if you're staying on site. Coat rack near hostess. Bathrooms down the hall near the market. Wine menu. Brunch on weekends.

All the wait staff were excellent. They came by several times to make sure everything was okay. The food came out quick, although the pub wasn't busy. Oh yes, to the food. The squeeze and I shared an order of finger steaks and fries. It is our norm to split an order for lunch. The meat tasted good, nice and tender. Spices in the coating decent. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The dip for the finger steaks had a good amount of horseradish in it, wasn't overpowering but put heat into the bite. They did bring an extra plate, which was nice, and not to be charged for it is even better. They may have added some extra fries and fingers, don't know, but we were more than satisfied with the quality and quantity. Hippy Hopped Pale Ale had a nice taste of hops, kind of like a session IPA. The Mackinaw Red brew was oh so malty! It was a little cool in there.

The pretzel was good, and the hot, spicy mustard was good. Good for a mid-day snack after skiing. The place was kind of broken/trashy. We were sitting at the bar and noticed that the brewing supplies were a little gross. I thought brewers were clean? The signs were not updated and had a make-shift feeling. Sad to see what was once a great brewery is now trying to pick up its pieces.

Once we arrived, I discovered that the items that I wanted to try had been removed at some point by way of scratching them off each menu with a Sharpie. So we moved on and chose other items and we were promptly told that they had ran out of the ingredients to make a French Dip, no turkey for a Club sandwich, and no Jo-jo's. By now we were fairly annoyed but we decided to make the best of it and chose chicken strips and a club sandwich without the turkey. We waited what seemed like an unreasonably long time for these particular menu items but they did finally arrive. I'll start with my husband dinner. The chicken strips were obviously Banquet or Tyson Brand frozen strips that were overcooked into submission to the point of being inedible. The tater tots came out of the kitchen with absolutely no seasoning or salt of any kind. My Club sandwich upon first glance looked great. My biggest complaint was that I think the cook used a concrete trowel to add the mayo! The bread and meat has no ability to stay stationary. It was a landslide! Needless to say. We left without finishing either meal. We've been on a 22 day road trip and this was hands down the most disappointing restaurant we've been to in 4 states and the worst meal that we've had all 22 days.
