Brittany agreed that it was not medium and took it back to correct. When the steak was returned, it was better, still not medium, but acceptable. That's when my wife discovered how fatty the cut of meat was. A large part of it was all fat and not edible. I on the other hand ordered the 8-Oz Double-R Ranch Tenderloin, medium rare+. It was perfect, juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. Cooked perfectly.
