Two hours before the set…read morepick up time we received a notification that they were unable to fill the prepaid order because of high demand and that it could be picked up the next day. I called and they let me know that an employee got sick and they were too busy. This was super inconvenient but whatever. We went shopping at the natural grocer and loaded up there. I realize things happen, and we moved about our trip. The next day we needed to do a quick stop to grab some meat and shrimp..... we ran in and tried to order from the meat counter. The employee that was in charge didn't know how to use the machine to pack/ weigh/ put a price tag on the meat. He said the person that's usually back there was at lunch and would be gone for 30 min. We asked the manager if she could do it for us. Turns out she couldn't do it either. So again we were like "wow how is this place even functioning?!"..... On our way out after again not getting anything, a mouse ran across the floor. We stuck to Albertsons and the natural grocer after that. I wanted to like this place but it was so horrible.

Giving it 3 stars because the two ladies working were not friendly, they seemed bothered that we had interrupted their conversation, and even as I ordered for me and my kids, she asked the scoop size (which I didn't realize I needed to choose) and she didn't explain anything, just waited as though she was frustrated that I needed to check with my kids. I'm sure the area is nice on a sunny day- I did notice they had lots of tables and chairs that were put away because of the weather, and if we were in the area we might stop by again.
