They made some router suggestions (got one for $60), looked at my usage and speed from before, and recommended 250 Mbps. They could have suggested 500 or 1G to get more money from me each month, but they said I wouldn't need it. If I do in the future, I can simply call to upgrade. The price is $42 less a month than Comcast (so $39.99 plus tax vs $80 plus tax). Angel and Yurny arrived early, respectful of my home and wore booties, explained what they were doing, and took about an hour to complete the installation. They tested repeatedly and then stayed to help me set up the router and connect my devices. This took a little longer than expected and at first the app was grumpy. I can honestly say - this would have been stressful doing this alone because it took a good 4 attempts to get it situated. Once that was done, screaming fast internet was working! All of the account info is accessible on an app which provides a lot of information for me as a customer. I was quickly able to connect my computer, iPad and others. Angel and Yurny provided great advice on waiting to disconnect my other internet until I had moved off of the cable as well (I wouldn't have thought to do it this way) - appreciated their expertise. I have now completed three speed checks - the pic shows what they offered and what I am getting. Spot on! Hats off to Angel and Yurny - they were truly amazing.
