I spoke to the owners. They took the place over this year in February. The previous owner had issues serving raw food or something and couldn't stay in business. I enjoyed the food. Service was courteous. The husband works in the solar industry out on the desert during the day. He drops by to help his wife whenever he's able. She's the actual owner. Good! We don't have a lot of choices for any Asian food and that hurts. Sesame Kitchen has a large menu and does the dishes great. I love this place. I spent years in and around New York and when I moved here a couple years ago I spent a lot of time looking for good Chinese food. Sesame Kitchen is the best Chinese food in Yuma, hands down. Very disappointed after a good recommendation from friend. Ordered combo rice dish for 12.95 it was supposed to have pork, shrimp, beef. I didn't see any of this in the dish. Did see peas and eggs. Also ordered General TSO it was just ok. Egg rolls were marginal. Crab ragoons were ok. Had it delivered it was 5.00 deliver plus 8.95 mandatory tip. Total bill was 50.00! we recently ordered the sweet and sour pork cooked to perfection. the chicken egg rolls are oustanding. then we ordered the almond chicken, very dissapointed, very bland and boring. then we ordered the fried rice. I'm not sure how you came up with your recipe but your rice is very dry the worst we ever had and the rice is mealy tasting not sure what the variety is you use, its not jasmine. not very much veggies in it either.
