Gabriel took the time to walk me through several options based on my budget, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each one. He told me the project would take a little over a week after the mold treatment, but the team finished everything in just four days. The workers were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They also gave me style options for how the room would be put back together. Best of all, the total price ARG charged to tear out the affected areas, treat the mold, and fully restore my bedroom was the same amount another company quoted me just for mold treatment. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely use ARG Restoration again.

The first initial call was great and fast. As the work began, delays started coming up in almost every single process. Before the work began, I mentioned there was a small section of pipe that needed to be redone, and he agreed to do it. As the repair progressed, he didn't address the pipe, and kept telling me someone would be back to do it later on. Work began January 2026, and it is now almost May. Rafael has become super unresponsive, kept scheduling with no shows, and pushing back the repair. Then he just stopped responding altogether. Up to this point the repair still has not been done. ARG Service with Rafael was with an insurance claim. It seems to me like they just don't reply after getting paid. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. I want to recommend ARG and Rafael, but this experience has been frustrating and disappointing

As I am sure most people get really upset finding out there could be black mold in their (newly remodeled) home. Nathan was very patient with my millions of questions, and also at handling my tenant who was very worried and angry. It took a little longer than expected but understandable with all the rain. Global warming, and the larger volumes of rain coming down all at once create standing water or water that can seep into cracks near properties..... going to make a lot more work for C3. I had called a bunch of other companies and they were a total nightmare to deal with and their estimates were 6x what Nathan charged. Not only were they horrible companies but they lied to my tenant when they gave the estimate which sent her into a tailspin. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and fair, and got the job done within a week or two of my initial phone call. Also I read the fine print t in the contract so I knew that they don't repair damages caused by tape on walls floor etc. my apartment has painted floors so I sort of expected tape would pull up paint. This company definitely made a bad situation better.

Casa California Condominiums experienced a serious drain backup on the first floor twice in two…read moredays in mid April 2025. His remediation team came within an hour, and stayed into the evening to clean up sewage water, set up fans for drying, mop floors and assess damage. The second day the drain backed up again. C3 showed up to clean up the water all over again. They were able to assess the damage to the tile and laminate floors, bring in a licensed electrician to assess the water sitting in raceways under floor outlets, check for mold and do damage control throughout the lobby, laundry and community room. C3 connected our association with another team of excellent sub contractors; electricians, cement technicians, flooring experts and cabinetry installers. Nathan's ability to work with our insurance adjuster every step of the way ensured that our extensive claims were covered and paid quickly. His billing system matches up with today's insurance standards. This was invaluable to the HOA and residents. There was never a time when we did not have full access to Nathan with any issue that arose. His communcation with daily schedules and workflow was excellent. Casa California highly recommends Nathan and his team for remediation and/or general contractor work.

The amount of times he went above and beyond was astounding (and honestly unheard of these days) and really made me feel like he cared about me/our home, not just a paycheck. Between the price, the customer service and the project service itself... they are completely unmatched! I am so so grateful for Jose and everything he did for us. He is patient, honest, hardworking and trustworthy - everything you want when hiring for a big project like mold. This vendor is more thorough, more honest and has better communication than any we have ever worked with. Our saga began with a leak under our house that wasn't detected for a few months. By the time we learned of it, mold had set in. Four companies bid the job, and we quickly entered the Kafkaesque world of mold remediation (one vendor suggested tearing apart half our home and that we move out). We ultimately chose MACS Restoration because we were impressed with Jose, who was clearly the most knowledgeable and presented the most thorough recommendations, and we are so glad we did. Not only did Jose take care of our problem, but he went above and beyond at every step. I hope we won't have further mold issues (knock wood!) but if we did, I would call Jose and MACS Restoration without hesitation!

His crew is professional, punctual, and patient. I'm an over-planner and worrier, but Danny and Daniel were always patient, kind, and thorough in their explanations, putting my mind at ease. Frank was also always accessible over the phone and text message if I had additional questions about scheduling and the scope of work. The company also offers general construction services, and Frank offered a bid to patch an exterior stucco wall that our plumber had to get into. Based on our positive experience with the concurrent moisture mitigation work, we decided to contract with Frank on the patching project, too. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Frank and his team again. I highly recommend Save The Day Restoration!

Instead, they turned around and came back within minutes to fix it. That kind of customer service is not something I experience often. Their quote was definitely higher than the other company I got an estimate from, but I felt like they were the ones who were going to do it right and not cut corners. I feel good knowing I won't have to worry about hidden moisture or mold down the line. Huge shout-out to Danny, who gave me the estimate and led the job, super professional and clearly knows his stuff. And Daniel, who felt like his right-hand guy, was incredibly respectful and kind. Better Late Than Never...I'll start by saying that in the history of positive reviews being long…read moreoverdue, this one should take the cake. Once upon a time (some 5 years ago) in the attic of a house in Southern California, asbestos contamination reared its ugly head - thus beginning our abatement saga. It all began one day with an innocuous visit from an AC company. The service person went into the attic for a routine inspection of the unit, and came down with the surprising announcement of having found a crushed air duct. This report was concerning since the old ducts were in some measure, comprised of asbestos material. Apparently, a worker in the past must have stepped on the duct and decided not to report the damage to us. Consequently, there's no telling how long potentially contaminated air was being blown through a compromised duct, exposing us to asbestos fibers. We were advised to not use the unit, and immediately contact an asbestos abatement company to remove the crushed duct. I'd seen and heard reports of people dealing with the nightmare of asbestos contamination, but now it was our turn. So what to do, where to start? The AC rep suggested a friend of his who ran an abatement company (which shall remain nameless), so I gave them a call, and spoke at length with a high-ranking person at the company, who assured me his team would do a professional and careful job of removing the damaged duct, along with replacing the other old ducts as well. Being wary of the risk of things going wrong, I hired a plumber I trusted (who'd previously re-piped the house) to be in the attic and videotape the abatement procedure. About a half an hour in, the plumber came down with an alarming report that the workers were failing to thoroughly wet down the ducts before crushing them and were recklessly stuffing them into plastic bags - causing plumes of dust and fibers to fill the attic space. He advised me to immediately cancel the "abatement" and hire an independent asbestos inspector to determine the extent of widespread contamination of not only the attic, but the master bedroom below - in which the "clean room" was set up. As we reviewed the video tape together, it was obvious the whole procedure was being improperly run. Where there should've been at least two clean room chambers, there was only one. Also, it was a windy day, and the crew had left the front door open, along with a window in the master bedroom, in which the clean room was set up - thereby allowing uncontrolled currents of air into the house during the abatement procedure. I called the company owner and told him my concerns about how the operation was being run, and that I wanted the procedure to stop immediately. The next week, I hired an independent company to take test samples in the attic and master bedroom - and the results were concerning. Not only did the inspector find asbestos fibers in the dust that now coated all the attic beams, he actually found a coal-sized chunk or two of asbestos on top of the furnace cabinet grate. After I provided the positive test results to the negligent abatement company, they refused to accept liability - even though I had irrefutable proof of their negligence on video tape. Had I wanted to take them to court, it would likely have been an open and shut case, since not only did I have an eyewitness with the plumber in the attic, but more importantly, a "see it with your own eyes" witness in the video he shot. But since I was dealing with an aging parent on hospice care, my main objective was just to make the house safe again as soon as possible, and avoid simultaneously dealing with the double-nightmare of litigation. Enter Fresh Air to the rescue! My first contact with the company was Erin McConnell. She listened patiently and responded with empathy, as I gave her the details of the nasty situation we were dealing with. I mentioned to her of having earlier contacted an independent remediation specialist, named Frank (whom Erin had worked with before), and she assured me of his professionalism in overseeing a Procedure Five abatement operation. Frank took samples in the attic and elsewhere in the house, to determine the degree of contamination. He said we'd need to evacuate the premises for two weeks while the abatement was taking place. He took air and surface samples to monitor progress of the abatement and reported the results to me each day. Though there were some setbacks, I credit Erin - with her pleasant and assuring demeanor, for keeping things on track and for mediating to completion, a successful abatement procedure - they just don't come any nicer than Erin McConnell - or companies more professional, than Fresh Air. So if you find yourself dealing with your own personal nightmare involving some nefarious form of contamination - be it asbestos, mold or whatever - then I highly recommend reaching out to the good folks at Fresh Air to help make your living space safe again.

I always said I'd bring them back for the next phase of the project--life just moved slowly, and here we are almost a decade later. I reached out again recently, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't the same. It took about three days to get a call back, which I didn't mind because of the excellent service I'd had in the past. The rep came out, I showed him the areas I needed removed, and we had a good conversation. He gave solid advice and said he'd send over a quote. Three days later, I texted to follow up--to check whether the quote had been sent or had gone to the wrong email. I never received a response. It's now been 3-4 months without any communication. Honestly, he could have reached back out to me and told me the job was too small, or that they weren't willing to take it on. Any form of return communication is always better than no communication. At this point, I'll have to take my (admittedly small) job elsewhere. I'm genuinely disappointed because I was looking forward to working with them again, but the lack of follow-up left me stuck. I wish my experience this time matched the first one, but I wanted to share an honest update for anyone considering long-term work or multiple phases.

I contacted several companies, and from the start Victor at 911 Bio Clean stood out by providing a thorough, detailed quote and explaining the process clearly. Communication was solid throughout everything was confirmed in writing and by text, and the online process for signing and payment made it easy. On the day of the job, Victor personally arrived with a site manager and crew. Even though the space was only 975 ft, the team came prepared: two trucks plus a van, and a U-Haul for trash removal. The entire crew was professional, friendly, respectful, and approachable. I checked in multiple times during the work day, and each time they showed me progress and asked if it met my expectations. They handled every request I had with a positive attitude and didn't hesitate to address even small extra tasks I included in the quote. They dealt with biohazard issues (including poop cleanup) with proper care and attention, and the result was beyond what I expected after such a difficult situation. Overall, I would highly recommend 911 Bio Clean Inc. for their professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge, and kindness in handling a very tough cleanup job.
