Professional and Thorough: David patiently explained the entire process step by step and was crystal clear about how he'd work with me and the insurance company. He came in the same day with all the equipment and quickly identified that the damage was far more extensive than what was visible - moisture under tiles, in walls, and adjacent spaces. He brought in dehumidifiers and fans immediately to start drying everything out. He also discovered mold and potential asbestos, arranged for independent testing, and guided me through every step of what needed to happen next. At this point, I hadn't paid a cent. Insurance Navigation Expert: This is where David truly proved invaluable. He handled all the back-and-forth between my insurance company, my HOA, and the HOA insurance company. Mold was discovered as we moved into our newly re-modeled home. After months of going round and round with insurance, testing, and no discovery of the leak, we decided to take matters into our own hands and look for a remediation company ourselves. After we experienced a flood at our home, DLS was there the next day. They expertly pack all our stuff into boxes and moved it all to a safe storage space. They removed all the flood water, then removed all the flood damaged baseboards, drywall and cabinets from the premises. They did a detailed test for mold. After repairs were made, they unpacked and moved our things back into the house. They have doggedly provided paperwork and mold test results that my insurance company requested. I just could not recommend Josh enough from DLS Projects Management. I had a massive amount of water damage done to my home. I called this company and Josh showed up within a few minutes. Keep in mind it was like past 12 midnight when I called him. This whole thing happened back in September of last year. State Farm was trying to deny my claim and Josh helped me through the whole process. If you have water damage and need someone who is honest and who will work hard for you then this is your company.
