David is amazing! I contacted him because my other company became too busy and could not finish the job. David came with an 8 man crew and finished in just 2 days. Including coming back on a Saturday. They went above and beyond! His guys are super nice, professional, and do really good work. I called and received about 7 quotes from other providers and David's was the most competitive. Additionally, the inspector said David's work was excellent, which was nice to hear. I strongly recommend DLS. read more

This company assisted with water mitigation after a leak in one of my copper water pipes. They took the time to smoothly cut out the necessary drywall, remove affected insulation, and placed industrial fans to air it out to clear out any moisture. David takes the time to explain the process and provides honest answers to any questions. Highly recommend. read more

We had some bad roof repairs done which resulted in a totally flooded laundry room. We'd never dealt with any water damage before, and we knew that we wanted it fixed before any mold started growing. I asked several friends for referrals, and multiple people told me to call DLS. It was definitely the right call! DLS came out the same day and quickly discovered which walls really needed repairs and which were salvageable. The next day their crew arrived, neatly removed all of the damaged drywall, and put the drying equipment in place. They even moved the appliances that were in the way. The work was done very quickly and expertly. Most importantly, for me, was that everything was very clean. Having drying equipment in your home isn't much fun, but having it neatly sealed off and dust-free made the experience as liveable and comfortable as it could be. read more

Omg! The other day we started smelling a bad odor in the house like poop smell, we looked all over but couldn't find what was causing it. After doing some online research I've found that it might be coming from underneath the house and that I should get a plumber to take a look. Our plumber came over and reported that our crawl space was full of sewage! He said before he could find where it is and repair the broken pipe he would need it to be professionally cleaned and suggested I find a cleanup company. Luckily with yelp it's a lot easier these days and I was able to get several quotes within a couple days, DLS was BY FAR the most reasonably priced and sounded like they know what they're doing, they got everything cleaned up and clear within a day and even pin pointed where the problem was exactly to my plumber who repaired the broken drain pipe thereafter. Can't recommend these guys enough, David is so easy to work with, highly recommend! read more

Crew was very respectful of my home. They took extra care to keep space clean, partitioned off the work area. They were fast and efficient. Followed up with any additional problem areas. I would definitely give them a call again for any future needs and recommend them to friends and family. read more

We had problems. Man, did we ever have problems. A middle of the night burst pipe above a basement office and suddenly, we have no more basement office to speak of. David and his team came to the rescue. It wasn't pretty, but we were very grateful to David and his team for getting the awful job of cleaning that up finished. My only wish is that we would have used them for the restoration part of our 5 month journey - we used another company (not my choice) and they did a lackluster job and had very rude employees to boot. Don't make our mistake: be sure and use David for the cleanup AND the restoration. read more

I had a flood in my loft in DTLA.. I was freaked out and scared . I found these guys thru a referral from my mom and the immediately came over to my place and told .. do now worry .. we will take care of you . We can get your place back to what it was before ... if not better . They did this With tremendous professionalism and class. They dealt with my building manager and all the various rules and regulations that are strictly enforced by HOA and nothing was ever too much or to hard from them to do on my behalf. They also worked directly with my insurance company and made sure they were meeting their many benchmarks and approvals. My place was dried in a timely fashion and all the reconstruction was done on schedule . They also made sure my place was move-in clean and ready for my family to move back in during a busy holiday season . This extraordinary service was from mitigation, full move out, re-construction , cleaning and move back in with every piece if furniture and every wall hanging back in its original place . The topper to this entire story is that I was 360 miles away for 99% of this process and only communicated with them via FaceTime and phone . They made this whole horrible ordeal easier for me to handle and fix and I HIGHLY recommend them if you are ever in need . These guys will take amazing care of u and do it with a smile !! read more

David is a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable in the remediation industry. I had a leak in my kitchen and he came to my home the very next day to inspect and assess. He even offered to bring in drying fans and a dehumidifier without even having a work contract in place. He just wanted to make sure the damaged area does not get worse. He also provided very valuable guidance on how to communicate with my home insurance company. Although I ended up not needing his services, he was very understanding and did not pressure me into doing demo work. I would definitely recommend him and his team to my family and friends that need remediation services. Thank you again for your help David! read more

I was dealing was mold/sewage pipe issue and David with the only professional out of several that I spoke with that was able to pinpoint the root of problem. High level of transparency with the purpose of serving the customers best interest as opposed to exploiting their lack of knowledge in the tough realm of remediation. read more

After the water emergency we had, David was exceptionally fast and responsive. After looking around and reading his reviews, I liked his honest and straight forward style. When we spoke, he warned me that the repair estimate often surprises people because in order to do a job right to industry standards, walls need to be opened up. However, when I got the estimate, it was less than I expected...as I had watched videos on Youtube warning about companies that charge a lot for water damage when people are in panic. David's price was exceptionally fair and his level of detail was superb. I've never seen a more thoughtful and well organized estimate of work. Everything was clearly delineated, made sense, was very pragmatic. Thank you David! read more
