David and his team were wonderful in drying my apartment and mitigating mold when we had a leak. They were very careful with our belongings and made an excellent containment area for our extremely tall ceiling. David responds very quickly via text and I knew that he was taking care of us. David has been a great help! Very professional and got the work done! Will definitely recommend him!

I want to start by saying that no matter what I put here is enough to give David and team the credit they deserve. I call David "God sent". I have a rental property, the tenants called me one morning to tell me that water is coming everywhere from the kitchen ceiling and it's a huge mess. We called a plumber who fixed the pipe then came the worst surprise, the mold in the area. The tenants were freaking out and I had to call so many people to take care of the problem. My husband called the insurance and didn't explain it right and he was told that we have no right for a claim. So I called the first company to go on Monday morning to take care of the problem, the initial figure was $3600, then at the last minute I thought to get another quote. Here is why I called David "God sent", he offered to come right away on a short notice on a late Friday afternoon. As soon as he looked to the problem, he told me it is covered by insurance and I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket!!! I couldn't believe my ears, I don't have the money the other company requested and this is only the starting figure. He advised on everything step by step, I felt that I have a family member watching over me, he called the insurance company with me and we started a claim right away, then he took care of everything and I didn't even get bothered by anything, in fact, he was the one assuring me that everything is under control and taking care of anything that comes up. I call David a huge blessing in a very difficult time, specially with a health risk to my tenants and a big financial burden that he took off my shoulders. No matter what I say will be enough, we really need more people like David in businesses so we don't worry about being taken advantage of and to have peace of mind. If you have any issue similar to this situation, don't look any further, the right person is here. Thank you again David. read more

David was a true professional and extremely helpful/knowledgable when he came out to check on a leak issue we were having in our bathroom. He was able to come out the day I reached out to him and came in wearing a mask and assessed the situation. He was able to explain all of my options to fix the issue (shower was leaking, causing slight damage to the floor). He was very earnest and thoughtful, and didn't charge for his time. While this situation didn't warrant any major repairs, if we ever do run into major water/flood damage, he will be the first person I call.
