I can't say enough good things about Doug and Holm Heating & Cooling. I've used Doug before and…read morehave always been happy with his work, but this latest experience really showed the kind of customer service he provides. Our AC stopped cooling over the holiday weekend, so I sent Doug a text hoping I could get on his schedule after the holiday. He responded within minutes. After already working a long installation that day, Doug came to our house on Sunday at 6:00 PM because he wanted to make sure we had our AC back up and running. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part he needed right on his truck, and got everything working again that evening. I was honestly shocked that he was willing to come out that late on a Sunday--especially on a holiday weekend and after already putting in a full day. The fact that this level of customer service still exists is pretty incredible. Doug is knowledgeable, dependable, fair, and genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. As a repeat customer, experiences like this are exactly why I continue to call him and recommend him to others. I haven't contributed to Yelp in a long time, but logged back on just to share this experience. If you're in the area and need HVAC service, save Holm Heating & Cooling's information. Doug is the kind of person you want to have in your contacts when you need help. Highly recommend!

Anthony Johnson was very responsive to all inquiries regarding the system and could not have been more helpful. Without hesitation I would recommend Southern Seasons for their professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge, competitive pricing and overall work ethic to anyone in search of HVAC answers.

He is the best! Read on for details... Sales process: When we were looking at installing HVAC for the house (2 units), we did the usual thing of calling a couple of contractors with quotes. But I remembered Eddie installing the water heater at my neighbor's house and I remember having a pleasant conversation with him.. so I hunted his information down for a quote. The quote came. It was of course better that other quotes. That combined with his reputation meant he was the man on the job! So there was no 'sales process' to speak of. Install: Eddie did everything as it was supposed to. It was a difficult install because the hood size of the previous gas pack was different. The configuration in the attic needed some modifications and perhaps other little things I do not know about. But Eddie was on the job. That's what mattered. Outcome: The HVAC is humming along. I know that Eddie is there if anything to go wrong, so no worries. Additional: I always try to be nice to the people I work with, so I struck up the conversation with him, but quickly realized how kind, sophisticated and compassionate he is as a human being. Genuinely respect him as a result.
