Outstanding service from Service Experts! I called the dispatcher and a team arrived at my house in just one hour to repair the AC. They were professional, friendly, and did everything with a smile. Unbelievably fast visit. My house is cool again. Highly recommend. Thank you! read more

These people are a scam. Beware crooks. They manipulate and confused my 78 year old husband into a purchase agreement for a Blue light to attach to Air conditioner and now charging $10,000 to my husband threatening to take my house read more

Do not use this company for anything. I called a couple companies to come and repair my hot water heater which only needed a nut that was cracked on the main valve. Service experts tells me easy fix and he will have it done in 15 min then shows me the charge for over $650 and telling me how he removed other fees that would have been ADDED but since it was so fast to fix I was getting a deal. The worst part is the second company arrived and could not believe what he was charging me!!! The second company charges a $150 charge versus $650 by service experts. Both companies here and solid proof Service Experts was clearly over charging me 4x more! This is horrible and the most dishonest and disrespectful way to treat a senior and at Christmas. I hope no one uses this company ever! Service Experts are only experts at stealing from people and ruining Christmas. read more

I pay a tremendous amount of money each month for them to do "anything we need" as a premium customer. The only time we get what we are paying for is when we leave a horrible review. I have been trying for three weeks to get filters (which are "free" with our service), but they have to have a supervisor call me back. They haven't bothered to call back yet. This company is pathetic. We have had nothing but problems. If you enjoy headaches and hassles this is the company for you. read more

They installed my A/C on 9/3/25 and then I had to have them come back twice because they had the settings wrong They pulled a permit for the install and didn't bother to get the Inspector to come until December, after at least 4 phone calls to them regarding this, then he didn't pass the inspection because they removed one of the trusses in the attic. They made an appointment to get the truss put back up and I sat around for 4 hours waiting for them to show when they called up to cancel. It's hard to get them to do anything . I'm sorry I used them, they were much better before Service Experts bought them out. They were formally Jupiter Air read more

West Palm Beach condo, May 2024: Contract stated $20,000 thousand for high-end Lennox HVAC (full install, permit, crane boom, old removal). Bill: $35,000 thousand just for HVAC--plus $5,000 thousand for Rheem Professional Classic 40-gallon electric water heater + recirculating pump. Total forty thousand ($31,000 thousand balance + $9,000 thousand paid)--with hidden fees padded in and no breakdown. Real quotes (Home Depot/Lowe's/Costco/Reddit/Angi 2024): Lennox rooftop package eighteen to twenty-three thousand. Rheem unit + install + permit: $1,500 hundred max. Pump: under $800 hundred. Total should've been $20,000 to $25,000 grand. Then they filed a mechanic's lien on my property--without ever notifying me. Overcharged $15,000 grand. Invoices available. read more

Not a good company anymore. They put profits before customers. I was a 20 year loyal customer. I have the advantage program for my AC but 4 years ago I purchased a hotwater heater from them which is still under warranty which they will replace they charged me $2500 for this water heater that lasted 4 years the GE I had previously lasted 12 they offered to replace it since its still under manufacturers warranty but we have to charge you $1200 for the installation just another example of a company that got to big and forgot what really matters the loyal customer your better off buying a unit from Home Depot. Stay far away from this company they are all about greed read more

Todd Johnson was the best HVAC repairman I have had! He went above and beyond! Was professional and took the time to properly service the system. Truly thankful that he showed up at the door today! read more

I purchased a new airconditioner because I was concerned that my air conditioner wasn't going to continue to cool our home. I was sold an advantage plan. Along with all the equipment. The plan was dated 5/31/2024. The tech nor the person writing the contract told me that they wer going to have to install la box for the pump. This now actually takes up my entire bathroom wall. The wall was already needing me to have a closet built to accommodate the old unit. I called and left messages for the manager to call me. Sorry they made a sale and I was no longer important to them. I have had to pumps installed already the equipment wasn't even a month old. Now they set me up for a city inspection on July 9th 2024. I called that morning to ask what time to expect them and was told they didn't have the download they needed to perform the inspection. I called asked to speak with the manager no response. I emailed the woman who set up the time for the inspectio. No response.I was told to call back the city on July 10th still no download that was needed to perform the inspection, Called Service Expert twice on July 10th ask to speak to the person the inspector had provided her name. Left a message for this person along with the request to speak to the area manager. No response. I call July 11th today and spoke with the city inspector who told me they now had thej download but no date was set. The city inspector asked me to call back about 8. The inspector spoke with his boss and when I called back he gave a time and came out and did the inspection. This is what a customer who had been a customer since 2011 is worth to service experts. I will never do business with them again. Unfortunately I have signed a contract and if I had the money to pay the contract off I would. Very big disappointment. A lesson learned. read more

I called under the advantage plan to have my air-conditioner serviced in a rental unit. I drove 10 miles last week and waited here and the man did not show up. I rescheduled for the earliest appointment today, March 12, and it's almost noon and I still haven't seen anyone after driving here again and waiting for four hours. Once they get you in the advantage plan, the service sucks I would not recommend using Service Experts. There are anything but expert in their timelines. read more

I had a problem with my HVAC which was only 6 years old. I called Service Experts to evaluate the unit and they told me I needed an entire new system. I decided to get a second opinion with another company. They told me the compressor switch was turned off (which was turned off at my regular monthly servicing by Service Experts). The second company turned the switch back on and the system has been fine for the last 3 months! read more

OVER PRICED!!! I run a property maintenance company and was shocked by the pricing: A SERVICE FEE of $99, PLUS a DIAGNOSTIC FEE OF $125 and ALSO the FEE TO COMPLETE WORK AND MORE FEES FOR PARTS. If this sounds normal to you, I can assure you it's not. The property had a backed up drain line... typical issue, very easily diagnosed by any AC professional as FLOAT SWITCH WAS TRIPPED. Easy fix to: vacuum and flush the drain line. They charged: $327... For a better price: call Jupiter/ Tequesta or John Cassidy... Big companies and better customer service. I typically send out 3 AC work orders a week. Typical price: $99 to show up and diagnose and most AC companies will charge an extra fee to Clean drain line: at most $100 or charge additional costs for parts. Max this job should have cost: $200 Feedback from Tenant at property: Showed up on time, called ahead. Technician was there for 15 minutes. She asked him about the filter as it had gotten wet. He said the filter was fine and didnt get wet. She checked the filter after he left. It was wet. JMe: As the company that called in the issue: I had to provide my credit card upfront for payment. NO one called to explain why the AC wasnt working or the $$ amount being charged to my credit card... and I had to ask for an invoice. Nothing was provided to me. I gave 1 star because they went the same day I called and there is something to be said about same day service. read more

I called this company as my A/C was not turning on. It turned out to be a Capacitor. Simple fix and is generally a $20 to $40 dollar part at the most. The service person was very slow just sitting there taking his time as if to be milking the clock. They charged me $450!!! for what was actually about 15 minutes time to repair. (yes I sat there and watched the entire time. Maybe I was charged a watching fee???) Then two months later charged me again!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. To try and take advantage of anyone especially in the climate we are currently in is appalling. Beware!!! read more
