We had Stephen K Denny come install some units last summer and then this summer one of those said…read moreunits had both of the fail safes fail. We had a flood from our attic down into our upstairs. We called, they came out and replaced the fail safes and told us they would cover the repairs and have their "guys" come and do the drywall.. it's been over a month and after multiple attempts at contacting the service manager Tim and the service coordinator Joe, we are no further today than we were 6 weeks ago. It's the constant run around. We ended up calling the drywall company directly and the owner there told us they have never even made contact. It's ridiculous. When they were getting paid for the original install they played great, when their faulty product fails and destroys your home it'll be crickets. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company, a Lennox distributor. I was charged $2,000 USD for a diagnosis and installation that was not only incorrect and poorly done, but also left me without air conditioning for over three weeks during the summer. Your technicians were rude and unprofessional, demanded full payment upfront, and failed to deliver results. Eventually, I had to hire another company to fix the issue, as your own diagnosis was confirmed to be inaccurate by your own team. Given the failure of service and the unacceptable treatment, I am requesting a full refund of $2,000 USD. If I do not receive a response within 7 business days, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, consider legal action, and publicly report my experience on Google Reviews, Yelp, and social media. Dana's was annually contracted for a large non-profit. We utilzed them for a few years and our…read moresystem failed miserably. We had multiple issues after spending not only money on the annual contract but paying a significant amount more to get coils and fans and units cleaned. After all the time and money our main unit stopped working. when we had another service come to assist b\c our annual service couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from AND why the unit stopped working- the new company shared photos of the rooftop unit that had been more than neglected. The fan of the unit was literally hanging off. Tried to work with magment to resolve the issue and although Judah was professional, he didn't want to hear that it was thier problem at all. Am i an HVAC professional - nope, but i do know even when i have my home vendor come for my twice a year check ups, they tell me everything i should replace / fix or what is coming to end of life. Never did we have this from Dana's. Also wording on former invoice were altered to avoid fault. So sad to be treated llike this, especially a non-profit - but really anyone. Giving two stars b/c the people that work there are at least kind. lastly when you send the same technician for the same problem that didn't find an issue the first time, he probably won't times 2, 3 or 4.....maybe try to change it up for your next clients.
