This doesn't sound like a big deal but the downspouts were not wide enough and as a result an influx of water had not been draining properly and so every time it rained our basement would flood at the back of our house. This has been a persistent problem and after consulting five or so plumbers we realized that the issue was the gutters so Jordan quickly diagnosed it and fixed it right away!
