We needed a new roof and contacted 3 roofers. Tu Construction won our business without hesitation…read more The free inspection was prompt (next day), they identified our issues and set an appointment for the following day to present their bid. They brought at least a dozen color samples. We sat down and were fully informed in the most professional manner about the cost, financing available, timeframe and what to expect. Bob, Angel, JC, and Giulia are all fantastic! They took care of all village permits. From our estimate to completion was 11 days and would have been shorter but the village permit takes time. They arrived at 7am and our roof was completed by 6pm. They also properly vented our bathroom fans through the roof included in our roof replacement. They left our yard and driveway completely clean and free of debris. With a bit of snow still in the ground, they came back after it melted to double-check that all debris was cleaned up. I wholeheartedly recommend TU Construction. Nice people, great work, prompt, professional, and communication was excellent! Very happy customer!

Our son and his family did a great first cleaning, but we wanted a second cleaning to feel like everything was super-fresh. WE GOT SUPER-FRESH!!!! Felix and Victoria did a magnificent job! THIS IS MY NEW REGULAR CLEANING CREW, y'all! Victoria is a master in the bathrooms, cleaning gunk out of an old unused tub so that it looked like new. I want to start using it now! And Felix! He went above and beyond! Outdoor window cleaning was NOT in our budget, but he was not satisfied with how he made the inside window sparkle, so he went outside and cleaned our LARGE kitchen window there as well, and now the whole kitchen sparkles! Thank you, Felix and Victoria! We WILL see you again soon!
