"That guy just saved us $10,000" That's what my wife said when Jim left our house. We replaced our downstairs flooring with wood a while back, but our upstairs carpeting just turned 25 years old. We've been going back and forth about replacing them with wood or new carpeting and thought we'd give cleaning them one more shot. It had been many years since the last professional cleaning. We found Jim on Yelp and thought we'd give him a try. We're so glad we did! From the moment Jim walks in until the moment he leaves, he is professional, upbeat, and committed to doing fantastic work. There are spots that previous cleaners were unable to get rid of--they're gone. To say that the high traffic areas look new again might be an exaggeration, but they look far better than 25-year-old carpet has a right to look! Thus my wife's comment about saving money--we're going to hold off on replacing the flooring for now, thanks to Jim. In short, Jim does incredible work for a reasonable price. We have NO hesitation in strongly recommending Jim for your home flooring cleaning needs. read more

We have been using Jim for several years now. After trying a handful of other services prior to finding Jim, we can say unequivocally that JEJ is the best carpet and upholstery cleaner we've ever used. He is a good guy, ethical, affordable, hard-working and a total pro at what he does. Customer satisfaction is his forte. He returns calls quickly and is always prompt. He uses hot water extraction and has excellent equipment. We have challenged him over the years with pet and other stains and we always pleased at the results. Some stains will never completely come out but if they do, Jim will make your carpets look like new. read more

Fantastic service! Super responsive, arrived right on time and finished in estimated time. We had virtually our entire house carpet cleaned. Even older carpet areas look like new, carpet dried so fast and many old spots were even removed that were never removed by other services. I will never call anyone else to clean my carpets again. Jim was a pleasure to deal with, so professional and pleasant! I've already recommended him to many friends and family! read more

I HIGHLY recommend Jim at JEJ Masterclean. He did an excellent job! Our tenants had left the carpet quite dirty and I was truly amazed at how clean Jim was able to get it! It far exceeded my expectations. He is professional and easy to work with and really knows what he's doing. He was upfront with his pricing, which I thought was very reasonable - even more so when I saw the results! I will definitely be using his services again. read more

James did an amazing job! Very responsive, easy to schedule and arrived at exact time of appointment. Had Masterclean do 3 very high traffic rooms with substantial foot traffic and pet stains. The carpets turned out beautifully and now one would never know that they are 16 years old. VERY satisified and will be having them back to clean the upstairs soon. Highly recommend!! read more
