They were creative, diligent, and thorough in dealing with our insurance company to smooth over any glitches, and the work they did was phenomenal. They did a great job staying on schedule, reassuring us about our questions and concerns, and addressing all of the little details. Neighbors of ours who also suffered hail damaged but went with other companies were envious of the quality of the job NLPR did for us. Our home looks immeasurably better than it did before, and I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

No oversight despite my texts to the owner and the project wasn't completed until February. If you're considering a contractor that is responsive look elsewhere.

Work began right after Thanksgiving with an estimated completion of February... of course Covid-19 played a role in some delays, i.e. inspections schedules, material availability, etc. causing the project to be a bit longer than we anticipated. Throughout we were kept up to date with the process. The end result is amazing, high quality workmanship, incorporating our "interactive" change requests along the way, providing a space that really meets all our expectations. The VDB team does what they say they will do and takes a genuine interest in their clients. By the way, did I mention there was no surprise to the budget... I highly recommend VDB.

Our house is 800sq feet. We were displaced the entire time. ( thank God for friend and family) Yes we ran into some issues which was part of the delay. But there were weeks where No one was at the house working. You could never get a straight answer from Mike. He was very angry and unprochable when questioned regarding timeline or problems with quality. Our roof was open ( big hole) that was covered with a blue tarp( that my 65 year old husband had to reattach every time we had a big storm) all 10 months. Every time asked when that would be closed. He would give a day and time, then not show. The kitchen had a space for a dishwasher but it was never installed. A garbage disposal installed with no way to turn it on. The list goes on. We finally had to hire a lawyer to cancel our contract with VDB so we could get another contractor to clean up the mess. So please DO NOT hire VDB. I don't want our nightmare to become anyone else's.

The owner was extremely professional and communicative. Always let us know in advance when the crew would arrive and explained what to expect. My husband and I are first time owners, and a roof is an investment, Gary understood and took his time answering all our questions. Services we received: tear off, new base boards (we have an older he and the former style was long outdated and not practical), gutters and extra wide down spouts, and vents. Being a large Victorin house, our roof is fairly complex, That said we are so IMPRESSED how well of a job the crew did. We had our new roof on in just two days, and the whole crew did a great job cleaning up. You can't even tell anyone was in our yard. Hands down will use Carlino's again for any roofing or gutter service and we will be happy to share with all our friends, family and neighbors! If you are in need of roof replacement, repair, gutters or siding - please don't hesitate to give Carlino's Roofing a call.

He was parked blocking all of the spots in front of a restaurant including the handicapped spots. I pulled up next to him and asked him to move his vehicle so others can park since he was pulling a large trailer behind his ford f250 so in total it was at least 40 feet long. He told me to F*** off as the line of cars trying to pull into the lot from the drive thru was backing up and preventing anybody from getting parked to wait for food. The entire parking lot away from the door and handicapped and few other fronts spots was open. He may do good work but at what cost. He even prevented someone from backing out of their handicapped spot until after he finally left. To you sir you can rot in hell.
