On day one, the subcontracted crew removed half the roof and disconnected roof drains despite a known rain forecast, after being instructed by Jeff Milkie to proceed anyway. Heavy rain fell that afternoon, causing over $100,000 in interior damage. We were forced into a 4+ month insurance settlement as a direct result of this reckless decision. Additional damage was caused to rooftop HVAC equipment. Within one month of completion, the roof began leaking in multiple locations. Over the past three years, I have contacted Jeff Milkie at least five times. No repairs have been made--only dismissive, snide responses. The roof is still under warranty, yet the leaks continue and cause ongoing damage. I've completely lost confidence this company will stand behind its work and will likely need to hire a competent contractor and pursue legal action.

I called one of the "big"companies here in town and I was promised a quick solution. I waited. About a week later someone showed up to take a look, then he disappeared. About a week later the same guy showed up again and took another look around, promised a quote, and disappeared again. By this time I had become frustrated and called Dan. He showed up the next day and fixed the leak in my roof for $20. He went above and beyond and filled some hairline cracks in my chimney, too. About ten days later I finally received $475 the quote from the other guys in the mail. There was also another rainstorm and my roof was weathertight. No leaks in my roof or my chimney. I'll be calling Dan next summer to replace my chimney flashing - he was professional and thorough.

He told me to F*** off as the line of cars trying to pull into the lot from the drive thru was backing up and preventing anybody from getting parked to wait for food. The entire parking lot away from the door and handicapped and few other fronts spots was open. He may do good work but at what cost. He even prevented someone from backing out of their handicapped spot until after he finally left. To you sir you can rot in hell.
