Upon researching Gutter Pros came up as a highly recommended local company to work with to replace gutters. Mason walked us through his recommendations based on what he saw on our property and his extensive knowledge. He even made recommendations on other work we could do later with roofing. The gutters were installed quickly and have been working great as we've gotten quite a bit of rain recently. I highly recommend Gutter Pros for their quality products and services at very reasonable prices. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

Payment was straightforward and easy. The day of the install, Gutter pros showed up early to canvas the property. They worked efficiently and were able to accommodate moving my downspout to a different location. This doesn't sound like a big deal but the downspouts were not wide enough and as a result an influx of water had not been draining properly and so every time it rained our basement would flood at the back of our house. This has been a persistent problem and after consulting five or so plumbers we realized that the issue was the gutters so Jordan quickly diagnosed it and fixed it right away!

We recently hired Gutter Tuneup because our gutters were an absolute disaster. Not only were they…read moreseverely clogged from years of neglect and pine needles, but we also had a persistent leak and overflow issue near our front entryway that seemed impossible to fix. From the moment I contacted them, the experience was 5-star. They were responsive, easy to schedule, and confirmed the appointment the day before. The technician arrived right on time and was incredibly courteous and professional. What sets Gutter Tuneup apart is the quality of the work and their willingness to go above and beyond. They didn't just scoop out debris; they performed a full system inspection. They found a crucial misalignment issue on the back of the house that was causing the major leak. Instead of just cleaning and leaving, they fixed the pitch and sealed the joint on the spot, solving a problem that multiple other companies missed or ignored. The gutters now flow perfectly, even during heavy rain. They also did the best cleanup I've ever seen--absolutely no mess, leaves, or debris were left on my lawn, deck, or driveway. They treated my property with respect. If you need basic cleaning or, like us, you need an expert to finally fix a recurring issue, stop searching and call Gutter Tuneup. They are worth every single penny. Highest recommendation possible!

Since my insurance denied my claim, I reached out to them 3-4 times to come back and simply give me a separate estimate for just repair of the channel where the roof was leaking. EVERY single time I couldn't talk to anyone from the actual business, it was always an answering service that i had to continually repeat the entire explanation of what I needed from them, what my address was, what my phone number is, etc.. this went on for several months! I even actually received a phone call back from one of their sales people following up on replacing my roof? He had no idea I had been leaving messages and said he would get back to me. Well, he never got back to me either. After about six months of trying to reach them, I received an email letting me know that they were too busy to be able to complete my job before winter. Not a phone call back. No one personally contacting me. These are not the kind of people I would want to do business with or spend my hard earned money on, do better TRC!!

I just closed the door and had to run to do a review for Dick's Roof Repair…read more We had a couple of spots in the ceiling and were concerned. We had someone else come out and tell us "Well...you're 13 years into a 15 year roof and you're about due". They didn't even go up on the roof. Well we panicked as it wasn't a good time financially (is it ever?) for a large repair. I submitted an online request for a free estimate from Dick's Roof Repair late yesterday afternoon. Dick Pignotti came out within 24 hours and actually got up on the roof and inspected it. He told me that it wasn't that bad yet and we had another (approx) 2-5 years on it. He gave me tips and suggestions to correct any potential issues that may be causing the extra wear in some spots. I asked what it would cost to replace it, when it comes due as we will need to save for it. He gave me a rough estimate that was so very fair and feasible for us to save for when needed. I couldn't be happier. I asked for his card AND am doing this review so that I make sure that he is the one I call for any and all of our future roofing, siding, windows and gutter needs. I'm not doing a commercial....well I guess I was doing a commercial. But he deserves it! A big stress relief happened in just a short visit! Great product that works just like they say…read more I was really skeptical of this gutter product. One would think that in a heavy rain that the water would just flow over. But after watching it like an expectant father, several times, over the past 2 months, I can say the water flows right into the front opening. And believe it or not, the gutter shutters actually look better than my old gutters. To top it off, the whole process was pretty stress free. I would say probably because everyone I talked to from the company was so friendly. I know there are lots of leaf blocking gutter products out there, but in my opinion, this one is the most impressive.

I just had the entire exterior of my home remodeled, roof, siding, windows, and gutters. For my…read morenew gutters I choose to go with the gutter shutter gutter guards. Honestly, I have no idea about these things. What I do know is I live in an area that has lots of trees. I clean my gutters on the front of my house once or twice a year, which is about 5 times less than I should be doing it . The back of my house is three stories up, I don't touch them, ever, for obvious reasons! Over the years my white gutters had basically turned black and stripped. I would guess from clogging and overflowing. So when it came time to do the exterior project on my house, I wanted to see if leaf guard gutters made sense. I got quotes on gutters like I had on the house and on the covered typed. I will say the covered ones are significantly more expensive. I would say some where around 2-3 times the price. But I guess it makes sense considering more material is needed and most of the companies put a pretty strong guarantee that your gutters won't clog. Plus as far as professionalism goes, the leaf guard gutter companies were significantly better. I got 2 quotes for standard gutters (tried to get three but 3 of the companies I called didn't answer there phone and never called back). The guys that did show up looked like they had just gotten done putting up some gutters. Which is fine, but didn't give me any confidence or trust when it came to giving them money or trusting that they would actually warranty their work. Plus I couldn't find any info about either one of them online...neither are on yelp. The covered gutter companies were much better. Three out of 4 actually had a humans that answered the phone and the 4th one (who I decided to not have come out) actually called me back. I found information on the 3 that I had come out online, and they were all listed with yelp. Also when the representatives from the companies came out you could tell these were sales guys and not the installers. Again I may be wrong to think this way, but I just feel better dealing with a professional organization and not some guy working out of his garage. I ultimately decided to spend the extra money for the leaf gutters and I ultimately decided to go with The Gutter Shutter product. I would say all of the companies had decent online reputations, all of the sales people were professional and showed up on time and were courteous, and all of the prices were within a few hundred bucks of each other. What made me choose this company was the product itself. It appeared to be the strongest out of the three that I saw. The other covered product seemed flimsy and the other was a standard gutter with a screen over it. I just can't see how a screen won't clog, no matter how small the openings are. I don't know, I could be wrong. Anyways I signed a contract with Gutter Shutter and away we went. It was probably 2 months before the gutters where installed because that was the last thing that got done on my house after the roof and siding. I want to thank Gutter Shutter for working with me. I had to change my install date 3 times because of the scheduling of the other work. The staff at Gutter Shutter was very helpful and worked with me during the changes with no problem. When the time finally came, I can say the installation went perfectly (mostly because I was at work when it happened..lol). When I did get home the guys were just finishing up packing up their truck. I did a walk around with the installers to make sure their clean up was good and to make sure they did everything they were supposed to. The majority of my 5 star rating is based on the installation crew. They did an excellent job of cleaning up, the new gutters looked great, everything was straight and done well, and the guys were very courteous during the walk around even though I could tell they were tired and just wanted to go home. Well done Gutter Shutter... definitely give those guys a raise! So far so good, the gutter looks really good, but the real test was...do they work?? With these covered gutters the water is supposed to follow the solid top part and flow into the gutter part. In the back of mind I wasn't sure that the water would actually wrap around and go inside. I can say without a doubt it works! Thank God! It has rained 3 times since the gutters were installed and the water goes right in. The one time it was raining pretty hard and it was handling it just fine. If you are considering investing in leaf guard gutters, I recommend checking out Gutter Shutter. I had a very pleasant (no problems) experience with them, the install crew that did my house was great, and their product looks great and works as advertised.
