Received an out the door offer and was going to drive 7 hours to pick up the truck I was purchasing. Had money transferred to my account for the purchase, called my insurance company and got a quote for the new vehicle ready. Got a call from Justin saying everything was good to go. Sent over my DL info to him and was gathering the other ppw on my trade, and he said they were preparing the ppw and would let me know when finance was going to give me a call. A little bit later I get a call telling me they didn't look at the pics I sent, even though I had verified via text and on the phone, numerous times, that they had looked at everything and only needed to test drive the vehicle. He then told me that they were going to need an additional 4k over what their previous final out the door offer was. So after wasting 2 1/2 days of my life going back and forth and sending everything they asked with pics and info, thinking I was buying a truck, they made some employee's incompetence, my problem. I checked and double checked and everything was documented in the texts back and forth, but it did not matter to them. This place cannot be trusted. Very deceitful and unethical business practices. Also, be aware because their best price they show on the website does not include the $995 they add on for paint and fabric protection that is not optional.

I was helped by Ashley, and I highly recommend her to anyone else looking to purchase a vehicle. Even though my appointment to view a car was at 7:30pm (half an hour before closing time!), I was warmly greeted, and at no point in time did I feel rushed, even though she had to stay at work longer because of me. I really appreciated Ashley's honesty when she didn't know an answer to a question. Love a person who can admit when they don't know something and then go find the person/resource with the knowledge! She made sure to get me the info I needed. Also, when I messaged her the day after my purchase because I noticed something that I had missed when initially viewing the car, she responded very swiftly and got me set up with service right away! Shoutout to her manager, Mark, John from Warranty, and David from Finance as well, who all helped make the purchasing process go smoothly~ Satisfied with my new car, and the service that I received!

BE WARNED -- I WOULD NOT BUY FROM NORTH COAST MITSUBISHI OF AKRON. PLEASE READ WHAT I AM CURRENTLY…read moreGOING THROUGH. Everything I am describing here is based on my personal experience and is supported by documentation. I purchased a 2022 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X from North Coast Mitsubishi of Akron. Within four days of purchasing the truck, it experienced a major electrical failure. North Coast took the truck back for repairs and ultimately had it in their possession for nearly two months. My insurance company paid North Coast approximately $11,000 for the repair after I was told the problem had been identified. I finally got my truck back, and within approximately 35 miles of leaving the dealership, the electrical problems returned. The truck is now at an actual Nissan dealership, that North Coast authorized to do further repairs after acknowledging they did not fix it correctly, and it has been more than four months after purchasing it, I still do not have a reliable, functioning vehicle. In my possession. What has made this experience even worse is how I have been treated while trying to get help. I have been hung up on, belittled, and repeatedly given information that has not resulted in a resolution. During one phone call, a sales manager apparently did not realize the call had not disconnected, and I heard comments referring to me as "f--ing stupid" and "a baby," along with laughter and a comment that it was not their problem because I was stupid enough to buy a used truck. That is how a customer was discussed after purchasing an approximately $38,000 vehicle from this dealership. I have also repeatedly attempted to escalate the matter. I requested the names, email addresses, or phone numbers of upper management within the North Coast Auto Group so I could speak with someone who had the authority to resolve this. I was unable to get that information through the dealership. Meanwhile, North Coast accepted approximately $11,000 from my insurance company for repairs, yet the vehicle experienced the EXACT same electrical problems almost immediately after it was returned to me. I have now made four vehicle payments on a truck that I have effectively been able to use for less than a week, in four months of owning it. This has also affected my employment. My job requires me to have dependable transportation and to travel for storm duty. I bought a four-wheel-drive truck specifically in part because I need a reliable vehicle for those responsibilities. I have now filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. I also have extensive documentation, including emails, repair records, insurance correspondence, time-stamped photographs, and information from the Nissan dealership that currently has the truck. I encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to do your own research and read the dealership's reviews before signing anything. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I want one of two things: Fix my truck fixed completely and correctly at no additional cost to me, or buy the vehicle back so I can move on and purchase something dependable. I tried for months to resolve this privately. I would still prefer a fair and professional resolution. But after more than four months, approximately $11,000 in insurance-paid repairs, four vehicle payments, countless phone calls, and a truck that is still not fixed, I believe prospective customers deserve to know about my experience. North Coast: I am still willing to resolve this professionally. I am simply asking you to stand behind the vehicle you sold me and the repair work you were paid to perform.

We were in search of a Grand Highlander Limited Hybrid and soon discovered they are in high demand. We couldn't find one in our state that met our specs so expanded our search to Ohio (and beyond). My husband did his due diligence and found a vehicle that met our requirements at this dealership. He communicated with 'Emily' and 'Kennedy' via text regarding the car and had a quote. We were preparing to make the 7 hour drive to purchase it when he heard back from Deepan Sonar, Sales/Lease Consultant who informed him that there was a $10k markup on the car 'due to the high demand'. This is ridiculous and felt fraudulent. Needless to say, my husband ended the call with Deepan and we did not purchase the car from Ganley. I would highly recommend WMC. I've worked with salesman Nick Fleming in most cases, but you will receive outstanding and respectful service from anyone on the team. They are all approachable, flexible, kind, open-minded and willing to work with you. They listen to their customers and do not apply sales pressure. (there is no need, because they are so good!) Obviously, the vehicles are always priced right, (fairly) that's why I continue to go back and will continue to do so. On May 2, 2020 I picked up a 2019 Chevy Colorado and I absolutely love it. Nick has stayed in touch with me to make sure I'm happy with everything and, of course I am! Mutual respect, trust and honesty are important characteristics in a relationship. The WMC team clearly exhibits all of these characteristics and more!

Every dealer I had inquired here in Chicago had ridiculous dealer fees, lot fees, etc and the asking price was already more than a grand more than what Wadsworth motors was asking. This was honestly my first car purchase from a dealer that didn't leave me feeling like I was scammed. Absolutely no buyers remorse and the best part is I didn't even have to haggle.
