Keep in mind I drive a Honda, so usually it's only minor stuff, like an oil change or the occasional flat tire. I own two 2008 Hondas and haven't had a major repair on either of them. I'm atypical don't like car dealership or repair shops kind of person, but Chris has been fantastic. Last week I called because I had a flat tire that I was told by a local service person couldn't even try to fix. I called Chris in a panic and he was able to get me in right away. They tried to patch my tire only to find that it wouldn't work, or be safe for me if they could get it to work. I felt much better knowing that they tried everything to make sure I was taken care of, and didn't just try to sell me new tires. Needless to say, I was able to get the tires I needed and felt much better about the whole process. I would recommend to anyone to go see Chris for any of your service needs. He's trustworthy and will do everything he can to help you.

When scheduling when the oil light comes on at roughly 20%, she was told that she now has to pay to cover the oil change because of the lease. Of course, no one on their team "remembers" telling her to reschedule when the oil life was 20%. Before going in for her oil change, that she now had to pay for, her tire pressure was low. While inflating the tire at home, I noticed there was a nail in the tire and told her to inform the maintenance crew during her oil change. AS THEY ROTATED THE TIRES AND FILLED WITH AIR! their maintenance crew told my wife that there was no nail, and the pressure difference was due to the weather change. The nail is EASILY viewable and directly above the air valve. It had to be either incompetence or negligence that their crew did not notice the obvious nail in the tire. Now going in AGAIN to address the nail in the tire. The crew says that the tire is damaged and needs to be replaced, however they can't just replace one tire they will need to replace all 4. This place has completely lost our trust, and I no longer feel comfortable when my wife needs to take her car in for service without me there. THANKFULLY this is the last few months of our lease!

But if you read this, be warned: the Lexus NX 350 has been re-designed and the hatch lid does not come up as high as in the previous model. There was white all over the edges of doors, door handles, gas lid, etc. Also swipe marks where the cleaner had not thoroughly polished and wiped the car. I have had better jobs at $10 drive throughs. Service did offer to clean the car again but it was so inconvenient to drop it off for a day, and ask friends to drop me off and pick me up that I declined. Other places I've serviced my car at always offered free loaner cars for the day. Just very disappointed in the service at Sierra.
