The staff is always incredibly nice. You can't beat the oil change and car wash deal they have, a great value for the money. My one gripe is that sometimes the vacuums work, sometimes they don't- but they're also free as long as you need to use them, so overall, no big deal. Went today for my regular oil change, one of the employees brought donuts for his colleagues and even offered me one! I love this location and will be going to get my car serviced here as long as I'm a driver.

I sat there for what seemed like forever waiting while the attendant was chatting and smiling with the driver of the truck. I thought maybe he didn't notice me so I pulled up closer. Still no acknowledgment and more chatting. Finally I slowly backed out of the drive since there was nobody behind me. Still no acknowledgment from the attendant. I had other things to do so I left. Today Fast Eddies was not fast.

Stopped in for a good wash ($10, but they spend a decent amount of time washing it by hand), and gave the attendant my credit card to pay. After about five minutes he comes back to me with two recents and a scowl on his face. He informs me that he ran and charged my card twice because my name wasn't coming up on the receipt. After looking at the receipts it is plain to anyone with two brain cells to rub together that his printer is running out of ink. I tried to ask him why he ran my card twice, and he said I would have to place a stop charge with the credit card company and he wouldn't be doing a refund. I informed him that his machine was running out of ink and he turned downright belligerent on me, basically accusing me of trying to scam him somehow, and that id need to pay in cash or leave. So, I obviously left as I wasn't going to be paying $30 for a car wash to some rude and confused epsilon-minus semi moron who accused a paying customer of trying to commit fraud. Hope he felt stupid when the same thing inevitably happened to the next customer paying by credit. I'll be filing a chargeback for sure, and reaching out to try and contact management. Bizarre.

I usually do the $8 it comes with a spray where it dries streak free. I come here often for a quick wash for removing the salt from car and undercarriage. One of the biggest benefits is that it uses pressurized water jets for cleaning. No more rough brushes and scratches. Downside is if your car is really really dirty it doesn't get everything off. But for the price it is as expected.

There was a sign that said window tinting is cash only but nothing about a credit card fee. They told me they would call me when the car was ready. Since it was about an hour and a half walk from my house to Spot-Les, I called to see if they had any idea when the car would be done. It had been done for fifteen or twenty minutes already. The guy on the phone thought someone else had called me. If I ever get my car detailed again, I will definitely go to them. It was well worth the money.

They took care of all of my concerns with the services. I received the 5% tint all the way around and I had a 7 year ceramic coating put on.
