Showroom Shine proved to be acceptable. Just acceptable, though. I would not let them touch my new car. Their buff was sophomoric. The staff were knowledgeable on the methods used to detail a vehicle, but their work showed a lack of attention to detail. For $80 I really expect better.

Why else would you go to a car wash for? Simple answer to get your washed!!! YAY!! I was 3rd car…read morein line, first car in the bay getting the pre-wash coating of water, etc. I had to wait 10 minutes before getting into the bay for my pre-wash, etc. Why? Initially when I got there, only one person was working... he took the pay, went in and came back out and started the pre-wash. By the time the 2nd car went in, second person was there, he took the payment, etc. Some suggestions on improving their operations. 1. Have one person come up to the waiting car to take the payment and mark on the window the type of car wash the individual paid for. 2. Have the car wash options facing the customers, didn't find any information until I got up to the bay, even then I had to look through the office's mirror to get that information. 3. I'm also lost as to why they fold in the side mirrors? All other joints they never do this... Besides it being slow and inefficient, staff were friendly and got the car cleaned.

I've been going to Outshiner for several years for oil changes. They may be priced a little higher…read morethan other oil change places, but their service is much better. In-between oil changes I have stopped there to have my fluids/tires checked, they have even changed a headlight for me free of charge. There was one incident where they made a big mistake during an oil change. The bottom line is they owned it, came out to my house to make it right and compensated me for the mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, but I think it is how you handle the mistake that tells the true story of a business. They also own a car wash and if you get your oil changed, they give you a deal on the car wash. Overall, Outshiner provides very friendly, efficient, professional service.

Then I went in for a full oil change. The only person there did the oil change but just drained the oil and filled the oil. Nothing else was done. No checking of the air filter. No checking of any other liquids. They didn't show me the dipstick after adding the oil. I just hope I got the right oil that I paid for. I actually had to ask for the tire's air to be checked. The Service Check List is wrong. Did not check my lights. Did not check the transmission level or brake fluid. I really don't think I got all of the services for the price I paid. It was about $20 more than I usually paid. Since they went down to one person, the service has been terrible. Hire more people for better service. On a side note, when I drove in, they were in their car. When they came up to me, they smelled like a skunk. I will leave it as that.
