Due to the curb layout, the station is positioned too far from the driver's side window to reach comfortably from inside your car. I didn't realize this until I heard my wheels and rims scraping against the curb while trying to pull up. An employee did run out to help, but it was already too late to avoid the damage. The manager I spoke with seemed aware that this happens frequently -- they even have someone stationed there most of the time to assist drivers, but that person wasn't present when I arrived. If you would like to avoid this frustration, I'd recommend going somewhere else until they redesign this setup.

Cute little car wash right on Grand River Avenue in the college town of East Lansing. A little bit more expensive than it should be probably because it's the go-to spot for all the college kids. I usually do the $8 it comes with a spray where it dries streak free. I come here often for a quick wash for removing the salt from car and undercarriage. One of the biggest benefits is that it uses pressurized water jets for cleaning. No more rough brushes and scratches. Downside is if your car is really really dirty it doesn't get everything off. But for the price it is as expected.

Stopped in for a good wash ($10, but they spend a decent amount of time washing it by hand), and gave the attendant my credit card to pay. After about five minutes he comes back to me with two recents and a scowl on his face. He informs me that he ran and charged my card twice because my name wasn't coming up on the receipt. After looking at the receipts it is plain to anyone with two brain cells to rub together that his printer is running out of ink. I tried to ask him why he ran my card twice, and he said I would have to place a stop charge with the credit card company and he wouldn't be doing a refund. I informed him that his machine was running out of ink and he turned downright belligerent on me, basically accusing me of trying to scam him somehow, and that id need to pay in cash or leave. So, I obviously left as I wasn't going to be paying $30 for a car wash to some rude and confused epsilon-minus semi moron who accused a paying customer of trying to commit fraud. Hope he felt stupid when the same thing inevitably happened to the next customer paying by credit. I'll be filing a chargeback for sure, and reaching out to try and contact management. Bizarre.

That`s not his fault its probably syrop???? I`m showing him that I`m able to clean it with finger and its only dirt. Then he started talking about his brum that he spend $40 on it (that was 1st time in my life where I saw simple brum for $40 LoL). He came with some bottle with soap as he said and just splash it.... after that when I asked him whats next - its still not clean. He came wish some piece of toilet paper - WTF ??
