I went on Ozempic and have steadily lost weight with the help of Dr. Gomez and his I'm going to care for me and support if you want to lose weight this is the place. I don't think I wanna done this by myself without a little bit of intervention so far the Ozempic is going good. I went from 400 pounds to 358 not bad. My goal is to reach 299. My parents have been going to this doctor for many many years. Let me start by saying Dr gomez did diagnose and treat a blocked vain for my father and also diagnosed my mother's breast cancer just in time. BUT...his wife who also works in the office has ALWAYS made it difficult. She is rude and lacks customer service. I recently convinced my parents to move to a new pcp about 2 months ago because he was no longer giving my mother answers to the excruciating lower back pain she was feeling along with the dizziness she was experiencing in her everyday life and pain in her incision from her mastectomy she had nearly 19 years ago. Dr gomez answer to everything was "everything looks good" so he would never send her out to a specialist because he said "he did it all" Fast forward to today we just found out from her new internist doctor that she has Lupus and has had Lupus because her prior doctor Sergio Gomez had it in her files but NEVER bothered to tell us. Her legs shake when shes just sitting, she walks around daily feeling dizzy she had an ear sore that never went away until I had to do my own searching for an ointment that finally fixed it. This man has really let his practice fall through the cracks and they dont like patients that question anything or they will refuse service, after all it is their own practice. Where do I start.... Disgusting staff! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with! They talk down on customers! Making them feel as if they are doing YOU a favor by being open! Dealing with insurance companies is frustrating enough... and then these #*^% come along and make it impossible! They snap an attitude when you ask them questions!! Or you try and find alternatives for solitons/services!! They just give you 1 option.... 1 option and it's THEIR way or the Highway! They're not capable to use reason and explore different venues to find solutions to problems!! Staff needs to be open-minded and pro-active when dealing with ANY customers!!!! It's F'n Pathetic! And it's sad too Because they're only hurting the doctor and HIS reputation! But they could care less!! They're just there to get a paycheck and go home!! And from the feedback I've read, sounds like one of the staff is the Dr.'s Spouse.. which would explain that fkng filthy attitude.... Acting like the big #^^# in the office!!! Like she's above you!! And If the Dr. Is aware of this and he's allowing it, that's just.... More disgusting. The worst staff member is a heavy set older female with a very thick accent!! She Treats patients like the bottom of her shoes. Not that her shoe soles are happy to be there. Feels like staff clocks in... sits down and wings it through out the day.... I cannot be more grateful to have Dr. G as my doctor he has amazing bed manners and I have always gotten all my medical issues addressed. His staff is so attentive, always get my referrals with a timely manner and assist me every single time I have had an issue with other doctors offices. I have always been able to get either get appointment or be able to leave a message for the doctor to respond. The office manager has always been so attentive and helpful every time I have called with a concern. If you looking for exceptional medical care and a staff that is there to do their job and help you when you need any assistance. You should check dr. Gomez office. read more

My mother has been with this doctor for a very long time. The doctor is pretty good and listens to his patients when you come for your regular checkups. However, God forbid you get sick or don't feel well because you can't get in to see the doctor. Yolanda, who runs the office and is the doctor's wife, is very disrespectful and has no compassion for the patients. My mom recently was in a lot of pain and tried on several occasions to see the doctor and all she could say was to go to urgent care. Would not even attempt to try to fit her in to see the doctor. We have been putting up with her because my mom likes the doctor but I am done. We are changing doctors. read more

Dr Gomez, nothing against you... but what type of personnel do you hire!? That rude ass lady with a heavy accent is simply horrible. No manners, whatsoever. Too bad the Dr doesn't do anything about it. He's just losing patients and is probably only getting by with the ones he has now. Good job lady! Keep scaring new patients away, you're doing great! read more

Had appointment Dr. Gomez, i was there early and had fill out many papers or disclosures. When i finally got to see, he reviewed my application asked a few questions. He was ill mannered and refused to give me service. He felt disrespect he claimed. I asked him why?? He asked what happen with my previous Dr. I told him i had not seen him for past 2 years, and the reason stop going to see was because he wants to do zoom call only. he explained due to covid many doctors had to do that. I said Yea i know. But what does that have to do with my visit today? he refused to provide service claim disrespected. i was aggressive?? when i asked questions. What a jerk. He was upset that I didn't have my covid shot or refuse to take one. worst customer service ever... read more

I went yesterday to see Dr Gomez because I wasn't feeling ok, I got to his office when the receptionist asked me how can I help you, I said I need to see the Dr, was 1:00 PM and she said Dr is not accepting more appointment today, I need to see the Dr I insisted, she handed me a paper whith emergency clinic, what is the point of having a personal Dr if I can see him when I need it, this is the second time this happened. I gave him 2 stars because he is a good Dr but I don't know if he knows what is going on at front. read more

I found this Dr on a website claiming he was a good Dr right? I also see they take my ppo insurance... to not even waste my time any further, I heard this Drs wife worked at his office and I'm just going to assume it was either her or someone else that answered, the point is they were really rude. To get an appointment you have to go take your insurance and in 24 hours they call you to make an appointment can you believe That? Nowhere in the website does it say they do that. I had also heard from a previous patient that the Dr was kind it was just his rude staff that made the office bad. I didn't become a patient but I'm happy I didn't. Please look elsewhere before coming here. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Gomez for a couple of years. He is a really good doctor. He is very thorough. The reason he got 3 stars was because of his staff especially because of the lady with the heavy accent. She has no common sense and does not know how to talk to patients. I know several patient that go there and have stopped because of her. And the few that I know still go there is because Dr. Gomez is a good doctor and also because it's convenient for them. I myself will stop going because of the staff. It's just ridiculous how rude the staff is. If they continue like that the younger generation will not put up with that and will no longer have new patients. read more

I had my grandmother visiting me from outside the states. She unfortunately got sick and I needed a doctor to take care of her. I came upon this Doctor and was so pleased at the results. I called his office and got an appointment right away. My grandmother and I were pleased with the Dr's bedside manner and the time he took to evaluate and examine my grandmother. He gave us treatment and follow up for my grandmother to continue her recovery. Best doctor in the area! read more

This is my mom's and my mother in law's Doctor. They recommended him but sadly they failed to mention how RUDE the front desk staff is!! I feel angry just thinking about how my mom and my mother in law have been treated by that rude lady. I called to make an appointment and the lady was extremely rude, I was going to pay cash and ask for the price, then she kept saying that I need to bring the cash, and then she KEPT SAYING "we don't have a way to provide free care"... I ALREADY SAID I HAVE THE MONEY LADY!!!! Needless to say I'll go somewhere else. read more

attention to the public!~ i have been a patient of dr gomez approx five' years this doctor gomez is one excellent loving doctor the problem is one of the staff with a heavy accent does not comprehend well and twiste the conversation making it her understang with out realizing it could be a patients life..... i'm a heart patient serious health problems i called to see dr gomez because i cought a bad cold and spiting up green flem she told me that the doctor did want to see me and that he was willing to call the pharmacy for a prescription cough syup when i know i needed to be seen by him i now have a high fever and must go to the er room all because that one staff worker has no common sense....:( read more

My patient felt rushed and that they didn't get the proper care they should have received. when we made a follow up appointment the receptionist was still very rude and snapped have a nice day like it was an inconvenience to help us. I work in the medical field and this was one of the worst places. My patient is going to ask to be referred elsewhere.

Patients who come with urgent needs are told " we will make you a appointment tomorrow" your insurance won't pay for a urgent care visit you need to book a regular appointment. patently untrue. When I did see a PA for the wound that should have been dressed by a urgent care they called the fire department and a ambulance! What a waste of county resources! I was transferred to a local er that was on lock down. I sat in that hospital ER for 16 hours overnight! When The ER physician was finally free to help me hours later, he said I do not understand why your doctors urgent care could not address this simple injury. They should have dressed it with a topical antibiotic cream. I wholeheartedly agree. When I tried to talk to the to the office manager the next day, I was unheard and treated disrespectfully. Then she sent a certified letter to me a few weeks later terminating the Dr patient relationship with a CC to their attorney! Can we say passive - agressive implied threat? How completley silly and a unprofessional Hippa violation! One more sketchy note: they sell in office Iv treatments that are bagged like a convenience store sale item. While some of them may help for jet lag , flu and hangovers I take exception to the one called the "Myers cocktail" They imply in their literature and web site that it can help a wide list of diseases including dementia , Alzheimer's,... need I say more? Ok... my mother is dying right now from this horrible disease I know ALOT about it. I did mention to the office manager that It felt a bit scammy and wrong to imply that a vitamin Iv would help Alzheimer's. 99% of neurologists will tell you that a cocktail iv might offer a small vitamin boost. It will not help or slow down the diseases listed in the advertising for this Myers Cocktail. The two offices in this practice are not wheelchair accessible, based on my experience I feel the staff lacks ada, cultural and mental health competence.

I have been under the care of Dr. Sergio Gomez since being referred in 2019. Theres no way to describe how much this man, and his office staff, I have a real support system from Dr Gomez. My review is for those who like me are looking for good quality care, I have never had any other doctor like Dr. Gomez attend to my health. He has far exceeded my expectations- and I live a quality life I never imagined. I have lost wight under his care. He sido paciente de esta oficina por muchos años, y también lo fue mi difunto esposo. No puedo decir suficientes cosas buenas sobre el Dr. Gómez. Es un médico muy atento y profesional. Siempre está pendiente de sus pacientes, me atiende cuando necesito ser vista y se toma el tiempo para escuchar y atender todas mis preocupaciones. Doctor Gomez has been my doctor for more than 10 years. Now, Several members of my family are now a patient. Yolanda was so accommodating and so helpful. There was an issue with my mom's insurance, but she was able to call them and get everything straightened up for us, so my mom was able to be seen.. even we had to wait a little longer to be seen we were just happy that my mom was seen by the doctor today., I understand that doctor Gomez always takes his time with all of his patients. He takes time with me and I never feel rushed, so if I have to wait a little longer to be seen. I am okay with that.. Benny has always been so helpful too. I was looking for a new family doctor since I hadnt been feeling well for a few days, and I had moved to the area just a few months ago and hadnt found a doc yet.. I was lucky enough to have come across this Doctor's office. From the moment I called to schedule a new patient's appointment It just felt right. The lady who answer the phone was so helpful and accomodated me in their schedule. The day of my appointment the wait time was not bad at all since I was accomodated in between patients. Tuve una cita temprano este jueves por la mañana 19/3/2026 a las 8:00 am, entré en menos de 10 minutos, el Dr. Gómez estaba tan contento de verme, juro que es muy amable y comprensivo. Desde el personal amistoso que contesta los teléfonos hasta la ayuda con el envío de renovaciones de recetas, ¡esta oficina es maravillosa! He is the most thorough and most caring doctor I have ever known, and he has seen us through a number of medical problems with great success. We are always seen promptly by a very friendly and efficient staff, and we really feel like we are family instead of patients, as Dr. Gomez shares pictures of his family with us. I have been a patient of Dr Sergio for years and couldn't be happier with the service. He is an outstanding doctor and his staff has always been so welcoming. Everytime I call to schedule an appointment I am able to get seen within 24 hrs which is really good. I had an exceptional experience at this office. The front office staff and all the personnel were incredibly welcoming and had great attitude. I like the Doctor but his staff is useless. If you have insurance questions they will remain questions for life. The staff is incompetent worthless and does not care if this doctor retains clients. Note to staff: People can not afford to miss time from work so you can see if you accept my insurance. You need to find a way to do it over the phone. Off to another doctor. read more
